I would speak to retail eyes first . Last year I had a bad visit - ended up ill afterwards for two days - yes I know it is hard to prove - anyway I called Retail eyes , who advised me to complain direct to the company , but not to state I was a mystery shopper.

Just wondering if those who are experiencing problems are those which are using the new site? I haven't selected this option, so mine just looks the same as before, albeit without the search assignments function.

Perhaps when you do finally get in, they'll let you rearrange the date?

I am using the new site and I can't get on to it, so I can't see any assignments and can't do my reports.

Absolutely nothing showing up for me on Gap at the moment! Is it the same for everyone or do they just not like me?

What new site? Have just put thru a long report on the RE site I normally go on and its fine for me.

Hi. There was a link on the RE website to ask if you wanted to help with Beta testing. Like a fool I said yes and it took me to the Beta site, which I didn't like, but no option to revert back to original. Did a hotel stay last night and need to do report to get back over £100. But can't get on. Not happy, also got lots of jobs to do for them this week and cannot get online to print notes. I'll be on the phone tomorrow to make sure my hotel job does not release. Not losing over £100. Normally they are really good.
