dunno nads, but it's a nightmare. Asome of the Q&A's are not covered in their MS Guide.

Yes, I could answer the questions (so I'm not of low intelligence, thank you very much TractorGirl!) but how do I know that these are the answers that TNS want? They seem to be very specific in some of their policies and practices.

A answer that is "correct" to me, may not (and indeed WERE NOT) "correct" in TNS' eyes.

So wind your necks in, and stop whinging. I thought we were all helping each other here? Next time someone asks a question about car jobs should I tell them I'm not helping them, because if they mess up the assignment, it may mean one more job that I'd be able to do? No, it doesn't, I'm not that petty.

I was not specifically referring to you in my post. I did not name you, I just used the general term "people".

And if an answer is correct in your eyes, and not in TNS's eyes, then sorry, but you are probably NOT the sort of MS-er they are looking for.

Despite the same opinions and answers being given to other MS companies? Hmmm...

Oooh I've just seen my first ever Italian Restaurant job on RE! My rating is now 406, so is that why? Do you have to be 400+ to see them?

Shame I can't make the deadline for it, but nice to see it!

Is the test relatively new? I don't recall having to do it many mons ago

I got an e-book. I had to read and digest it all, and then answer questions on what I'd read. The answers are all in the book though.
Here I go again on my own....

I think we'll have to agree to disagree on that bit then! :-)

Thanks. I signed up to GR a couple of days ago and have had absolutely nothing; also signed to RE and have had one job, briefly, that popped in adn while I was reading the briefing it went. Is it usual for them to take a long time to find anything suitable when you're a newbie?
  • I applied for TNS last week and completed the questionnaire but have not heard about whether I have been successful or not - I am assuming these means I didnt get through?
The questionnaire was tough in places and having read through the recent posts I know I did not put the right answer to the question about completing questionnaires on location -I guess I should have checked here first but also think thats just cheating..... essentially I am applying for a job. Any feedback on whether I'll hear if Ive been rejected would be appreciated.
    Berry Delight :p
  • As I recall TNS take ages to get back to you but I would have thought they would let you know either way - they are a decent & fair company, so good luck and you should hear soon!
