Just spotted something else at the end that says it is a criminal offence to make a false declaration to get a driving licence & can lead to prosecution and a maximum penalty of 2 years in prison
If you don't hear from me for a while, you'll know what's happened....
This is beginning to feel like a seriously bad idea!0 -
Hopefully you've got a few days to do the job. If you wanted to risk it, you could do the assignment as if it looks as if it's going through, abort the visit and cancel, giving someone else a chance to do it? Cheeky? Risky?0

No probs
Can't recall waht the TNs application form looks like but the survey ones are similar to Gap\Re - no where near as a**l as Gap though.
oh, i KNOW! Those ones where you have to keep experimenting with different combinations of answers in order to submit the badly designed form are the worst. I once spent 20 minutes submitting and resubmitting different answers to Q29 & Q30 in that McD's form...My answers were mainly lies by then, but at least the form went through!! :j0 -
I have signed up to gap and retail eyes, which ones give people a referal fee if you want to refer family/friends?0

Speaking of GyP, I've just had an email from them saying one of my stamp jobs has been declined because my payment was for less thant £5.
Understandable but I explained the assistant forgot part of my order and so it only came to £4!
I've emailed them back to check with the assistant0 -
Hi,
I've done a few jobs for TNS and being a bit of a numpty I can't remember how they pay you.Do you need to send off anything or does it go into your account automatically?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.'Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.'

Can anyone tell me if TNS is worth trying to sign up to again?
I filled out their depressingly naff "test" form awhile ago, repeating the same 3 answers over and over again as to why "mystery shopping is so very very important to the company as it helps them to excel in customer service" etc etc ad nauseum. And then they rejected me!
I was very angry as the test was the most boring thing i've ever been asked to do online - half an hour to basically answer the same question in as many different ways as they ask it. I read the literature thoroughly and was articulate and intelligent in my answers, but was then told i was unsuccessful.
Now, I really enjoy mystery shopping with RE, GB, and GfK, and am wondering if the TNS job quality : questionnaire dullness ratio is worth me trying to go through that stupid application form again, only this time instead of answering in my own words i'll just cut and paste from "How To Be A Mystery Shopper"!
Any ideas fellow spies?!
thanks in advance - horton
Any idea how long it took them to get back to you? I applied a week ago but have heard nothing yet.June Wins - Antandec travel mug0 -

If you've been paid by them before and have sent off your bank details etc., already, they pay into your bank account.0
