The Mystery Shopping thread - part 6

I had that the other day in a shop. After particularly uninspiring customer service one of the sales people seemed to have me sussed and then spread the word around the staff I think. I couldnt look at an item without somebody asking me if I wanted help - even the manager ventured onto the shop floor to speak to me :rotfl:. If I'd have asked if they had the moon on a stick then one of the assistants would have gone in the back to look for it for me

more diet coke madam?, it's an excellent vintage!!
It was like that, the moment I walked through the door the manager said to the waiter "That must be the booking, don't keep her waiting" I hadn't even opened my mouth to say a word! :rotfl:
From that moment on I was treated like royalty, I even saw the manager ask the chef to put more bacon on my pizza lol!0 -

Just had a quick idea about the catalogue shops, seening as we have had a few issues with them. If we use the quick shop area and pop in the codes for all the item we are buying or checking for as being out of stock, as it then asks the town or postcode, we can pop them in from the briefs and from that we shoould (fingers crossed) be able to see if our out of stock items especially are "out of stock", then it saves hanging around trying to find an item at the store, as we should in theory be able to do in comfort at home!:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0

That sounds a bit odd, did you ask why??0 -
I was supposed to do the GFK job in a mobile phone shop today. A girl called on Thurs afternoon and said it was an assignment that shouldn't have been released and she would have to take me off it. I thought I'd try my luck and ask if there was anything else avaliable instead and she told me to check the website...so helpful!0
