    Hi,

I read here a lot but rarely post. I'm having problems with RE (sorry don't know if I can write that?). I did 2 jobs for them yesterday and have completed the evaluations. My score recognises the reports but there is no money pending or complete. When I raise a query about them I get a message that says 'According to our records you are not linked to job *******'. What does this mean? Will I be paid?

    Has anyone else had this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

they will sort it out manually over the next couple of days. I've had that before and they seem to update the payments when the report has been checked. Dont worry about it for a few days.

Is anyone doing the stamp job with the driving licence? If so, I am having trouble working out exactly how to fill in the form & what to take. I seem to be having a really thick moment! Any help desperately appreciated! I am not sure that GAP have sent the right form  Thank you x

Edit at 19.42 - Just to say that all is well, I sussed it after having a couple of hours sleep and some ibuprofen lol. It really is straightforward - but not when you have a horrible headache. Sorry!

Yes it looks like a lot of people have had the same problem today - read earlier posts. I have just checked on my page and it has done the same for me. No doubt it they will be made aware of it tomorrow when they are bombarded with emails and phone calls. I just hope we don't have to enter the report again - mine took half an hour to type up this morning!

Thanks guys for the help. Will look out what happens over the next few days.

I have read the previous posts but was not sure this was the same problem. Obviously I was being a bit thick!!! Ah, well never mind.

My reports took me about half an hour each as well and it was just me repeating the same thing over and over again!

I'm doing it on Wed - not had chance to look at the form yet. PM me if you like - will have a look at it and try and answer you tomorrow if that's soon enough - not sure when you're doing it.

I do know they're not meant to accept your application if that's any help! I thought you just filled it out normally?

Thanks a lot josie, I edited my post a short while ago to say that I had sussed it. you were replying as I was editing lol. I had a horrible headache earlier & now that's sorted the form is easy! You just fill it in as normal & I just signed the back of the photo & the form with a counterfeit signaure & my parents address. I sure wasn't going to pay to have photo signed when it isn't going to be processed anyway! At least the questionnaire is short & sweet - can't really go wrong with it (famous last words). I'm doing mine tomorrow morning.

  • Hi, does anyone know what "status: probationary" means on RE? I have just joined them, done all my profile and stuff but it's showing no jobs in my area. there's also no jobs on GFK or Grassroots in my area either, is this normal?

Hi Sam, your status will show as probationary until you have completed your first job and it has been verified and accepted by RE.

There aren't many jobs around at the moment, its a waiting game!

Hi Sam, you will be probationary on RE until you have completed your first assignment sucessfully. Once you have booked your first one, you won't be able to pick up any more until that one is sucessfully done. It is advisable to make your first one for a date not too far away, otherwise you will be stuck for picking up more work with RE for a while. GFK & GR aren't showing any for me at the moment either but they will come in. Have fun!

Thanks for that! Glad to know that it's everyone and not just me!! Is this time of year generally quiet then or is it because of the world's financial situation??
