Behind the scenes I think they do slightly. If you keep losing points for releasing assignments they might not offer you certain jobs.0

I did 2 airport jobs on the 27th and agreed by email with RE that I would file reports on the 29th - and they have deducted 4 points for each - bit of a cheek since it was actually impossible to file before the 29th and I had already agreed that date anyway
Do they do this a lot?
I have emailed the person who I dealt with for the jobs and done the contact us through the website but haven't heard anything yet. Any other advice?
Thanks
Same thing happened to me as I did one on Christmas Eve - sad I know but it was a coffee shop one at the train station I was going too anyway!! I e-mailed them and they were added back on the next day.0 -

Hi all, I think I may be being a bit thick, but please could you help me any way. I am applying for the TNS site and on eof the questions is...
When is the exception to the rule, when a questionnaire should be completed on the site of an assignment?
I have gone through the handbook and still can't find the answer. Any ideas please?

E-mail them, I find them very good at manually asjusting things
No one will be surprised at my feelings about RE and this is one of the reasons. I was in hospital with kidney stones and had to cancel a super casino job with a great fee.
Did I get a message of sympathy. Did I heck they took points off me. I e mailed them and sarcastically asked did they expect me to go to a casino with an intravenous drip ( mind you I could have got voddie in it.) Which as I type has me giggling. Imagine the bar staff saying another drink madam. "Aye stick a double voddie and tonic in it." Barman looks puzzled but I reply "It is OK I am a qualified nurse so I can add it for you":rotfl:
What really bugs me though is if you study the site you get points taken off for proofreading queries which are often because they are hard of understanding and cant understand English. Like the one I got...was the pub busy...drop down box said 90% etc. I answered 98%. Got a proofreading query on that.
Another time in an off sales which was tiny so I couldn't see through the wire mesh to the floor so I answered I could see the colour of shoes the assistant was wearing. They don't seem to have the humour you lot have as when I said I had mislaid my periscope he didn't seem amused.
Imagine an interview for a job with them.
Q How do you cope with stress
A I have a sense of humour.
FAILED Go forth and multiply.:rotfl::rotfl:

It is so long ago since I applied to them but might it be when you have to wait for a follow up phone call or similar.Clique member no 1.:D0 -

Hi, I'm not sure.
Is it a multiple choice - is there an option which says "When specifically told to do so on the questionnaire"???0 -
Thank you everyone. I didn't want to do it wrong and be in trouble. He could do with losing a little bit of weight anyway!
