Just got an email from Gap cos they needed some more info on a job i did for the. I answered the questions and replied to the email, but the stoooopid thing has bounced back to me!
They said in the email that they won't pay me if i don't respond within one working day, but how the heck can i if the email comes back to me?

Have you tried using the Contact us/Enquiry feature (can't remember exactly what it's called) on their website? Just make sure you include the job number so they know what it's about.

I have done a few jobs on GFK one last week, one this week and submitted reports but havnt heard anything back.

Anyone know the process on this???

These are my first few jobs, i am a newbie!!

You don't hear back from GfK, they just pay you (around 24th of the month AFAIK).

oh ok thats great. How do you know if they accept your reports etc?? (I think there fine its just my first few reports, and some of them are so long!!!!!!!!!!)

On another note, just posted my letter back to TNS, what kinda jobs do they have???

Are GFK normally as good as im experiencing, i know that sounds weird but i was quite new to this around a month ago however i am currently getting on average 4-5 jobs PER WEEK.. mainly banks and phone shops at the minute, but ive worked out that this month i should get around £70.

Also last week i had no emails however i received a phone call at around 5pm from a lady saying she was from GFK, offered me a job 25 miles away and said they would increase the fee to £26 if i took it, when i went online i checked my scheduled and the job was on there so not doubting it wasnt them who rang me but the fee still only stated the standard £13?? just want to feel doubley sure about it all before i carry on with these jobs and it gets to 24th ish and i dont get paid as said earlier we have no feedback from GFK so how do we know they have received and accepted the reports? i dont want the 24th to come and them say we havent paid you as your reports were rubbish?? Dont think they were, they were very detailed but you never know....

You don't hear if they accept your reports, once you press submit that's it until payday! Never had a problem with GfK declining reports.

TNS do coffee, supermarkets, pubs, hardware stores, phone shops........

GfK are slow for me at the moment, but often I'll have 5-10 jobs per week with them when all the banks and trains get released.

When you submit the fee claim for your report, just increase it to the amount she said. It'll ask for a comment, and I usually put "£x as agreed". Never had a problem.

GfK are good, no need to worry about them paying, they're one of the better MS companies.
