  • It wants me to delete all the answers because I could only compare 2 outlets instead of 3 Ms co. knew I was only doing 2 and were ok with that. It is my first job with them wish I hadn't taken it now it was a pain to do. Any help appreciated have sent them email but assume office is closed.

This is a burger job, isn't it?

    you have 2 options

    1. Wait until Monday, when I am sure you can rely on them to sort it out.
    2. Put a whole lot of fictitious prices into the other shop option. Call the shop THIS IS A MADE UP SHOP. Base your fictitious prices on the prices you already have. At the end of this part of the questionnaire, explain that they are all fictitious as you were told you have to do only 2 shops for your comparison.

Option 2 has the advantage that no further effort on your part is required and you can forget about the job -THEY will contact YOU if they have any queries. But it is more inputting..........

If it cheers you up at all, I had to make up one of the prices. In the comparitor stores, it was simply impossible to see the prices anonymously, so I asked the staff for help and said I was getting prices for a kids' party...... So I know for sure they do not sell that ice cream!!!!!! :p But I couldn't submit the form without a value for the ice cream price........
Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).

Does anyone know why we cant ring them? it seems crazy when they have no qualms about ringing us regularly for the burger and chicken jobs

I agree but then from all the posts here I'd say the phones would never stop ringing at their end :rotfl:
  • The reason they dont want you to ring them is because they are rubbish and would have a constant stream of complaints and enquiries.

If you send them an e-mail it is unlikely you will receive a reply (even if you do get one!) in time if it relates to an upcoming assignment.

They are an appaling company and appear to be losing clients to better mystery shopping companies. I find myself doing very little for them and only if I have another job for a better company in the same area.

    Rant over!

Thanks for this I did this this morning I worked it out when I woke at 2am:rolleyes: so I have now shopped A.N.Other shop Somewhere thank god it accepted 0 for prices. This job was mad it took me an hour to do 2 places because they were so quiet the staff kept sitting next to me and chatting. I ended up having to use the kid's party excuse too :rotfl:

    Thanks again DT

RE have released the job that I had done and could not put on, no reply to e-mail and they have deducted two points from my shopper score too!

Two points deducted from mine too. I am not sure if the points system is something to worry about if, as I read somewhere else in MSE threads, RE has its own different points system for rating us.
  • To be fair liberty I am sure RE will sort it out on Monday.
  • I completed my first MS yesterday for grassroots. The company I was MSing was really bad :rotfl:

I entered my results on line but keep just getting that assignment on my screen and can see the report I've entered. I cant get on to my next MS I've signed up for on Monday . Will they review my report and then the problem goes or do I need to contact them?.

I have a pub meal to do with drinks, one from list a and b. If the meal includes drinks do I still buy a drink from each list seperately as well?? I know I only get one meal reimbursed but I'm buying 2 anyway so will I count the free drinks there as the drinks or buy two extra?

egeorgm - So long as you purchase everything on the list it is ok. So so long as you have one drink from a and from from b it does not matter if these are included with your meal, or if you have a different drink included with your meal, and then purchase the a and b drinks separately. All depends how much you want to drink really.

thanks, I'm just unsure as they won't reimburse me will they for a second drink if its included in my partners meal that they aren't reimbursing for? if that makes sense?! i just don't know whether to double up on drinks in my first order to be sure? it says not to get a receipt for any additional drinks and drinks and food initially to be ordered together
