I wonder if it's the same problem with RE that it was the other week, where people on the new website can't get on properly, but people on the old one still are fine? I'm on the old one and could get in yesterday ok and today.

We all go onto the new one, next week, so the whole system will probably fall over - print your job notes off now folks!!

Does anyone know if Grassroots work weekends? I've just phoned to cancel/reschedule 2 jobs I've booked for today as I feel ill today. I've left a message, but hoping they can sort it before Monday morning.

RE have released the job that I had done and could not put on, no reply to e-mail and they have deducted two points from my shopper score too!

According to the site their 0800 number is manned 9am-5pm on Saturdays. I hope it really is because I've just left a message - I, too, have an urgent query that needs sorting before I go out to do the job first thing Monday morning.

Did you get any response yet? Can anyone tell me if GR really do work Saturdays or if anyone has a magic way to contact them??? I've emailed and left a message on the 0800 number. I really need a response today as I was planning to do the job first thing on Monday.

Does anyone else have an assignment with GR for a new shop that they don't usually do? The title on the notes is for this new shop but the actual notes are for a different shop. I wonder if anyone has the correct notes and could at least tell me what I'm supposed to do on Monday - just in case they don't get back to me?

I don't want to say which shop on here, but it sells food, and clothing and gifts. If anyone has a GR assignment for this job please can you check if you have the correct notes and PM me??? Pretty please!

Sorry, SC, no response and the shops I'm supposed to be doing this afternoon are not the same as yours. An electrical shop and the local competitor.

Urgent plea but anyone have a number for Gap? they finally call and offer me a job but send me the wrong paper work.

Going to scroll through the millions of threads to see if it's been posted before but if anyone could pm me with it I'd be grateful

You cannot phone Gap! It has resulted in shoppers being sacked. Jus email every address you can find for them and wait for them to call you. Sorry.

Does anyone know why we cant ring them? it seems crazy when they have no qualms about ringing us regularly for the burger and chicken jobs :cool:

Cheers RJ for the tip. I don't have any eamils for them other than going through the enquiry route on their site, so thats what I've done.

Needless to say if they don't get in touch before 7 today (it's to be done by 8 and I eed time to do my hair you know) then it ain't going to be done. Not my fault I feel, just hope they feel the same way.
