Paul. How did you get past it?
  • I just accepted the assignment and will deal with that later.

Get this guy a transfer to Glasgow and I will give him a Glasgow kiss with a Buckfast bottle. Why though was he aggressive in the 1st place. What questions were you to ask in your briefing notes.

Personally I would be on to the MS company toute suite and kick up hell. Tell them you wish to report the guy to his area manager. No shopper far less a MS'er should be subjected to behaviour like this.

I am puzzled though so tell us what the briefing notes told you to ask what see what set him off.

I wasn't meant to ask anything; I was meant to buy a certain bottle of wine. He just started going nuts for no reason. I left the store as I was distressed but went back again to give him another chance to redeem himself and then he gets nasty and then chases me out and starts shouting over the road.

It worked at last. But I couldn't take it as they all wanted children with you.
  • Hi, If I take an assignment to book a room do I have to pay when I book????
I would have to cancel the room later.
    Thanks.

You give card details but don't pay. Make sure you book a room that doesn't require payment up front.

Hi, I'm hoping you could help me.

On GAP, it says "You can not shop the same site twice in a row regardless of the shop month."

I shopped this place in my current home town last month. Does the above mean that I can't shop at the same location until I have done another job for GAP at a different type of shop, or that I have to shop at this type of shop in some other location first?

    Sorry if this is vague!

Just apply for it and if you break the rules then it doesn't let you accept the job.

That is awful, he'll be sorry he did that to a mystery shopper. Hope you're ok now :)

I means that no shopper can complete consecutive visits to a particular site.

So if ABC Grocers is shopped every month you couldn't do it October & November.

Or if Macs Greasy Burgers are shopped every week you couldn't do it this week & next week.

In other words, there must be a visit by another shopper between your visits.

    Hope this helps.
