I could only see pub drink jobs on mine at first, it went on for weeks and weeks, so in the end, I chose one that wasn't too far away and did it. I made nothing on it as petrol took care of that! but at least it got me past the probationary status with them. I also signed up for Gap today as was told they had plenty of work and after filling in my basic info my application was turned down. How strange ???0 -
GAP allocated me a couple of jobs aaaaages ago - the first I knew about them was when the money was sitting in my account! Upon checking, the jobs were both hundreds of miles away from me so must have been a mistake.
That payment's been sitting in my account waiting for them to claim it since, along with a substantial payment from GFK
I have actually emailed both companies but they seem to be a victim of their own substandard email responsiveness!0 -
Does anyone do any work for the mystery dining company? I signed up for them a couple of months ago and they just emailed me today accepting me and asking for my details...
Yes same as me.
Does anyone know what they are like, there is a list of towns to visit and you have to phone them to say you can do that visit but it does not say where or how much you are paid.0 -

From what I understand once a job becomes available you have to call them for the brief and location details and chose to accept from there. They will also tell you then how much they will reimburse you for the meal - but they don't 'pay' you as such. You just get to eat out for free (or i guess if you spend more than their budget you foot the bill for the difference).0 -

Get this guy a transfer to Glasgow and I will give him a Glasgow kiss with a Buckfast bottle. Why though was he aggressive in the 1st place. What questions were you to ask in your briefing notes.
Personally I would be on to the MS company toute suite and kick up hell. Tell them you wish to report the guy to his area manager. No shopper far less a MS'er should be subjected to behaviour like this.
I am puzzled though so tell us what the briefing notes told you to ask what see what set him off.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
I've got 2 phone shop on RE I excepted last night. I didn't set the assignment date then, but went to do so just now and its asking me to contact someone to arrange the date for 1 and the other let me arrange it!
Any idea why? It's the weekend and it will release it before I can speak to him.:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0 -
Tizzy, it could just be that they want to make sure you go to the correct branch, I've had that a few times.

Morning
Loads of pub jobs on RE (London Area) though it looks like you can only accept one.
I don't like the way the new system still shows assignment you are not eligible to accept.

Can anyone open the assignment notes on the RE jobs or is it just me? It comes up with this is a damaged file.0

Pammy
I had that too.
