Hmm they seem to have technical difficulties quite a lot with regards payment, dont they!
I wonder how much they pay out each month?
That money in their bank account for a couple of extra days must accrue quite a bit of interest ...... :mad:We’ve had to remove your signature. Please check the Forum Rules if you’re unsure why it’s been removed and, if still unsure, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
I'm from Ireland & I got my GAP payment on Saturday 22 so not sure what difficulties they are having.0
-
Absolutely my thoughts TG. Let's say they have 11,000 assignments per month, at an average of £12 payout (including reimbursements and audits)...
That's £132,000 sitting in their account - that's £440 interest per day.
Not a huge amount but something tells me they pay out a lot more than that per month!0 -
mmmh.......Thanks for the advance warning about the GAP payment. I would have been going bananas with my bank in the money, if I had looked and it wasn't there!
It's pretty annoying when your have pay for things that are to be reimbursed to you after the assignment. For example - say you do a letter shop and buy insurance there and maybe you do a few of these at the start of the month, it can work out almost 8 weeks before your due that money back, along with your fee. Don't think they would take to kindly to MS's saying I have had some difficultes with funds, so I can't do any shops till it's rectified.
****RANT OVER****
On another note the off sales on RE, well in the notes about the upselling and it says about buying it and up to the maximum of £6 will be reimbursed. Does that mean if you buy the items thats being upsold, you can buy as many as you want but they will pay the £6 towards it (I'm meaning only on the items in the brief) and you pay the difference. I am just not a 100% sure.:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0 -
Still no bookies on Gap - boo hoo! Was also hoping for some convenience store jobs for December too. It's looking rather thin on the ground on Gap at the moment, isn't it. Couldn't even do those nice pizza ones in the NE as I'm not up there on those dates - grr!0
