I just had a thought.. I don't have many.. would it be 'nice' to include in the first post a list of new flyers each week??

So they get some kind of recognition and an official welcome.. the OS chat debate made me think there might be some who see us as a 'clique' and I hate to think of us like that.. I want everyone to come in and share our success and know the pleasure we know..

Oh goodness.. I am turning fluffy like a mule!!

Pigpen - that's a really good idea (don't let it go to your head!). I always feel bad when I don't welcome new people but this week i've not even read much of the thread so i've not welcomed anyone. So, to everyone new this week or in the last few weeks.....

i made some kind of effort and

- put washing away
- stripped all beds (opened all the windows so everything can air out a bit)
- vacuumed the matresses (:eek: i've never done that before!!!!)
- 1 load wm already on
- kitchen surfaces clean


i still just want to slouch down and don't do anything




pigpen i think that's a nice idea!!!

I'm too rude to be in a clique, but I do understand where you are coming from.

Re the sink full of water, can you get a bucket and bail it out, and put the water down the toilet or outdoor drain?

I do try to remember the welcome the newbies.

Definately get someone else to start it then, don't want you poisoning yourself

Oh and good idea, would it be just new ones or a list of all of us then the new ones aswell?

Why am I here you wonder? Because the silly mare organising the meeting said 'It's next Wednesday 1-3pm' in her email and when I get there, it's booked for tomorrow :mad: 20 miles driven for nothing, sarcasitc email sent :rolleyes:

So, I suppose I have no excuses to do jobs in the house now apart from having snots etc.

I thought just the new flyers.. we know who we are!
