:hello: Morning all! Have I missed anything exciting?

Today I need to do a kitchen and lounge rescue as I've been a bit rubbish over the past couple of days. Then I think I'm going to sort my wardrobe into things I will wear now and things I will wear when I've lost weight, and pack the smaller things away. I think it'll make looooooooooooooooads of space!
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!

Good morning all. Off to the library this morning with the two youngest. Am going to try and get through a squeakend list this weekend as I took Friday off
    1. Uniforms and lunch boxes washed and cleaned and ready for Monday (last week before half term for us south of the wall)
    2. Wash any coats that need doing.. mud sticks!!
    3. meal plan for the week
    4. wash any bedding that needs catching up on
    5. spend at least an hour with your little ones and loved ones.
    6. HHI
    7. Binbag dance.. charity shop/bin/give away... just fling it!
    8. check through your budget and see if you can work in a minimum amount for christmas presents each week.. 10 weeks to go.. (I'm doing £50 a week)
    9. Bake your friend a cake or some biscuits and drop them round/post them.. with hugs... you can do yourself some too if you wish
    10. Work a messy room to level three.. preferably one that is always left out!!
    11. Continue buying and wrapping Christmas presents, not having a stressful last minute rush this year!!!
  • Morning All :hello:

Got a bit of a thick head this morning, too much vino consumed last night I think! I'm going to crack the whip here today, and get some Flying done.

Things have slipped in the Shattered household, and DDs need to be reminded that Mummy is not solely responsible for cleaning up everything!

I read somewhere that in order to keep everyone on message or on task, the idea must be reiterated every 21 days. So, it's refresher day 1 :rotfl:

Fair play AnW'sMum I think you did really well there hun, particularly as you were at work. They know they're wrong, but don't want to be seen to back down so quickly. My good friend would call that "being strong in their wrong" So well done you, I'm sure you weren't the only one to call either!!! ;)

So much for an early start... someone was obviously having a party last night, so I didn't get to sleep as early as planned  Still, bed is stripped, sheets are about to be washed, and I sorted through/tidied the drawers next to my bed while waiting to log on (jumping through work's security hoops ;) ). They're nice and tidy, but I only managed to find one pair of knickers to chuck out, so not much progress in creating space.

Off to fill the WM, then I should be able to get dressed and get going.

Missed your HHC Juliejim, but will be needing others later.

Valli - will try resending the PM...

Toilet update ........... because of work I could only call the school or I would have removed the rolls from staff toilets! I did ring and demanded to speak to HT. The clerk asked if I wanted to discuss something W had done  said 'no it is about yesterday's incident' 'oh' she said and got her to ring back. She was supposed to be in a meeting but when I said to ring before 9.30 as I would be busy after :rotfl: she rang with 2 minutes!

I asked her to explain what the incident was, apparently blocked urinals in both infant and junior toilets. Told me about the assembly and the fact that the caretaker h removed the paper. Told her that was not acceptable and how could a child as oung as 4 know that they did or did not need paper before they went. Said she was depriving them and it was there right ala lil_me's post to clean sanitation facilities :D Said I was not happy and am sure the HSE would not be happy either. Mentioned it is undermining my efforts to make sure W does wipe his bum EVERY time he needs a poo. She would not reinstate paper on Friday but said it would be back by Monday    Asked if I wanted W to have some in his pocket just in case, said yes as that was the best I could achieve from work but said that was still wrong in my opinion.

They were doubled over laughing at me at work saying they wouldn't like to get on my wrong side :rotfl: so a minor victory but I wish it had been a non working day as it would have been more effective in person I feel.

I asked W last night if he had had a toilet paper given and he said 'yes but I didn't want toilet paper in my pocket' so whilst that is not the outcome I wanted at lesat they did give him some.

ye gods! I have worked in schools where there have been 'smears' up the walls AND THEY DIDN'T BAN LOO ROLL
