Lol, you don't have to be that rich to be richer than anyone else in my house!

Wine? What's that? Anyway, I should be in bed, only still up as decided to write a Doo yoo review of his birthday present!!
  • Glad you had a good day yesterday, obviously a little late but we have a card and a little something for Tom :D

That is so true! In your life especially what a difference a year makes. My job share partner is going for fertility investigations and I have told her all about you and how quickly situations change.

Ella - thank you for the prezzie - you shouldn't have. Have pm'd you - on dooyoo though, not here.

Talking of dooyoo, I got to over £10, after writing 10 reviews. Have written number 11 tonight. Must think of something non-baby related to write about!! I'm going to save it up for cash rather than Amazon vouchers I think so need to reach £50.

Only 10p on scratchcard no1 but the balance has jumped up £1 again - it seems to do that regularly. I will be able to cash out soon! 10p again on scratchcard number 2 - that one doesn't jump up nearly as fast unfortunately.

Your welcome! Not quite got the hang of dooyoo yet but have pm'd you back!

£10 is really good for 10 reviews and you have a real talent for it too :D

  • Well, only 2 x 10p on the scratchcards today but I expected that as I got 50p and 25p yesterday.

Managed two Dooyoo reviews yesterday but I'm gutted as I got my first "Useful" rating :( Hopefully should get one or two more done tonight.

Both cars are in for services today  OH has taken the first one and has taken Tom with him. They should only be out an hour or so as the car is only 9 months old. I think OH expects me to be ironing while he's out though so I'd better hurry up here and show some evidence of it before he gets back! The second car is due this afternoon and will take longer so we have to leave it there. Goodness knows how much it will all cost. I have some money stashed in the "car bank account" so I hope it's not too much more than that!

I hope the cars are not to expensive today, Im quite glad to be free from my car, it has reduced my outgoings so much and is making me get some much needed exersise.

Has you hubby had any luck with finding a permenant job yet?

  • Not exactly, but he's been working between 4-6 days a week for the same company. They asked him to work today but the car services were already booked. It's keeping a steady trickle of money into the bank account. My wage pays all the monthly bills - but not the one offs like car insurance, tax etc and not food - so if he doesn't work we won't eat!
