  • Queen, Seriously, I really dont mean to be rude but you are askig the same question over and over again. As your H needs it for work it is likely that he will keep it. I had my OR interview and my car is worth around 3-3500. She said its just on the cusp of being exempt and will let me know. She said if its seemed as excessive then I can pay the difference, so either way I get to keep the car. Its likely the OR will either completely exempt your car or let you pay the difference which from your posts maybe your mum could sort out for you. I really really wouldnt worry, and I certainly wouldnt let a car worth £2000 stop me from deciding to go BR. The weight lifted from all the debt is so immense that you'll wonder why you were so worried about the car!!

Thank you for your kind comments you are not been rude, I don't really have anybody to talk to about problems, OH not very well and I have always dealt with the money side of things, borrowing money from mum is a last resort will get a lecture about asking to borrow money even though money to her at the mo is not a problem but its the principle we are old enough to look after ourselves, sounds as though I am moaning love her to bits but I don't think she understand the situation,

Hi had my 2nd appt with CCCS they advised that BR was probably best but my dicision she thought I would probably keep the car due to the value but again down to each OR so will book an appt I think still cann't make up my mind lady from cccs calculated I&E with OH back at work and we have £25 surplus but advised that we would need to go on pay as you go mobiles which will give a bit more.

That will be interesting to see what the OR says about the 2mobiles (I see your son is going to pay for his-so not included on SOA).
I put down 3 mobiles at £50.00 per month.
Initially I was told these would not be accepted (only one would), but anyway I still put them down & heard nothing that was 5months ago.

Forgot to add our mobilesx3 are on contract.
