some kind fellow poster listed a link to ebay where it searches by your location for baby items. it was in the II thread and I can't find it for the life of me. i thought i had bookmarked it but obviously not. it was a location type finder thingy.

AF - I have started bookmarking for that very reason! I think that I will remember and then I don't! Sorry - not sure I dare admit it but I am an ebay virgin
At my 20 week scan the sonographer told me that bubba was growing consitently and that he was bang on for my date. I think it is how he grows from here that will determine how big he will be.
Keely - elliot is just TOO CUTE!! I am loving your new avvy - you should update him every week

hi all sorry i havent been on to update but i did have my gorgoues baby girl on the 1st october. at 1.30am.
havent been on the internet at all properly since as i ended up getting a really bad infection 3 days after because they left a huge peice of placenta in me. no one knew untill it dropped out on the third day. wasnt very nice all i knew was i was in alot of pain with my stomach up untill that point. so not been up to anything just trying to rest and beat this infection.
the birth was quite easy though. first contraction at 8.45pm and delivered at 1.30am. biggest problem was me panicking due to it all happening so fast and losing controll of mycontraction ashamed to say i actually screamed. but had a pethadine an erting wasgod. evie grace weighed in at8lb 1oz. and was quite funny as no one was there to catch her. i even had to tell them that the head was out lol
but otherwise everything is good and evie is doing really wel. congrats to all the other new mums and expctant ladiesback to comping in 2017, fingers crossed :beer:0 -

DD is a funny one, when I was pregnant I had a dream that I was sitting on my stairs with a little girl on my knee. She had brown curly hair and I was helping her put her wellies on. Her name was E, and that was what we decided to call her because I was sure it was a premonition so her comedy middle name is Dreamangelfairy wrote: »can anyone help because i am not having much luck with the seach function.

Hehehe that is the name we have chosen for a girl as well, although I am pretty sure we are having a boy.

Right I have googled low placenta and am now sufficiently worried...Any one got any experience of this, notes say placenta encroaching os (cervix)
Also MFD, after me saying they haven't changed due date, I am now confused as when I asked if baby was ok size for weeks...she said yes, but in my notes they have put EDD down as 06/03 which is pretty much the same as my due date by LMP, before they changed it at my 10wk scan to 12/03...I am very confused, anyway I have my next midwife app on 05/11 so will clarify it all then.

Congrats, jpwhittle and welcome to the world, Evie!
Evie was 15th most popular girl's name last year and 21st the year before...I love looking at the stats as my criteria is not to choose anything thats in the Top 10!

I wouldn't worry too much about the placenta, a lot of people have them low lying originall but as your bump grows and the womb expands it will more than likely move up... If it doesn't then they will keep scanning you and book you in for a cs...
And I wouldn't worry too much over an edd change of 3 days.. it's neither here nor there really...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

They did say this should happen, but I have had bleeding 3 times during the pg so far, I wonder now if this is the cause...
The change of EDD would be 6 days, wouldn't it???. They originally changed it from the 5th to the 12th which I have stuck with all along, now it says 6th??? I am confused, she didn't say anything about it being different. But then again she did rush me in and out so I will have a good chat when I see the midwife next month.
