theres a thread somewhere about buying what you REALLY need for a baby
I think i saw asda offers but i have opted out of a lot of stuff - washable nappies (terries are cheap and save a lot of trips to the shops!) babies dont need toiletries or most of the stuff they tell you you need in fact
if i see any offers i will let u know;)
codes must, by site rules be on the voucher board

We had Lyla and Lyra as choices as one point, I LOVE Oasis and Lyla is the name of one of their songs, and Lyra is out of the Golden Compass, Well dh has not long read the trilogy and loves the name....but as they are so similar and we couldn't decide on one or the other we have discounted both!!

I love the name Lyla, there used to be a little girl at toddler group called that... Such a pretty name!

I'm a bit disapointed I won't be buying much for this baby bar nappies and a high chair... And a really posh buggy when I stop using the big pram...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

I don't see where I told you off??? I told you to relax for your own sake because you need to! Don't bite my head off for trying to be nice and giving you advice! You may be stressed and worried but you could be nice back!

Sorry but saying that really really upset me!

I don;t want to fight. Your post made me cry. That's why I replied how I did. You came across as very terse and snippy. I can accept you didn;t mean it but you really upset me and that's why I logged off.

Crikey, every night when I get home, you all seem to have chatted more and more than the last day - I've just read through eight pages!

Success with the bloods at the hospital this morning :D Didn't even have to wait either, walked straight in so I wasn't too late for work.

My colleagues were laughing at me earlier cos I had a big dinner so was walking round with a fat belly all afternoon and feeling so much bigger than usual :( Can't wait until after Christmas and I don't have to breathe in and hide it anymore.

Thats 'cause Westies are the Besties! :D

It's so weird Molly's pedigree name is "Bronwen Lily" and we are thinking of Bronwen for a girls name, but everyone has said "you can't name a baby after a dog" .
Bronwen goes really well with our surname too (Its a welsh place name) and we really want a welsh firstname thats slightly unususal without being unpronouncable!

My parents named me after their car!!

I took so long to come along they called their Humber sceptre 'Emma' :rotfl: then when I was born they gave me the name too!

ooh Krystal the one place I (sort of) splashed out was my buggy for chris, I got him the cosatto Diablo http://www.mothercare.com/Cosatto-Diablo-Stroller-Pitch-Black/dp/B000QGCIUI/sr=1-5/qid=1228413113/ref=sr_1_5/279-0712643-3114040?%5Fencoding=UTF8&m=A2LBKNDJ2KZUGQ&n=56090031&mcb=core
I got it off ebay 2nd hand but the seller claimed she'd only used about 5 times and didn't like it (I beleive her as it was mint just few tiny marks on the tyres)
I just nearly feinted at the MC price! I paid about £90 inc postage
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.
