  • Ooh well done on the pram elle! Nobody has offered to buy our baby anything so far... But then I have so much left over from DD that it doesn't actually need anything apart from clothes... We're going to fork out for an inglesina high chair, not an essential (still have DD's) but I just feel we should get it something that is it's own... Plus DD's high chair was actually a high chair I bought when I used to child mind my neice who is now 9... And it was a fiver off a car boot sale...

I'm stuffed full of pizza at the moment, it was too nice and I over ate and am all uncomfortable... wanting to go to bed in a min... If I can drag DH away from the xbox...

  • Aww, Caz, just noticed your avatar! How cute!!! :D

    xx
  • Yay Tine! I always feel mine about the same place, just below belly button and to the left... Sadly, no matter how much you will them to do it again they don't... I think I jiggled my belly once and it did it again but was just a fluke really...

This one is my parent's first grandchild ;) (plus my sister is gay so they're not holding out much hope there!). OH's parents are definitely much less interested but they already have two grandchildren, one of each, from his sister so I think the novelty has worn off for them.

I was trying to explain to my mum that not everything had to be new and how I just had to buy new mattresses and car seat for definite and I'm happy with getting the rest off eBay etc. Plus several of my friends have had babies in the last few years so I'm thinking they might be willing to lend their bits to me whilst they're between babies :)

My colleague said to me on Friday, "promise me you won't go out and buy lots of clothes".. she said I would get bought so much and that baby would grow so quickly (s)he won't get proper wear out of them. I think I'm just going to buy the sleepsuits and plain bits and wait and see what else comes our way.

Hmm.. I feel the need for an avatar now! Can't use the one I use on the other forum I'm a regular poster on cos I'm called Crystal Tipps on there! ('tis the naturally curly hair..)
  • Nah, I'm reliably informed it's fall out 3... All I know is, it has the same 3 1950's songs playing constantly all the while he's playing the game... I really don't know how it can't be getting on his wick as much as it's getting on mine! I got him the simpsons game for christmas off DD but she told him today... Oh well... Kids eh!

I used to have a Crystal Tipps piccie... I've been Krystaltips since about 2002 in various guises... I'm disapointed now if I ever sign up to something and it's already taken! Sad eh
