I didn't realise there was so much paperwork involved in having a baby, I might not have got pregnant had I known!

I'm not looking forward to how much it is going to cost - return taxi to each hospital, including one that is 15 miles away

Annoyingly, cannot manage walking, bus or train because of the pain :(
I dunno if you are on any benefits or anything.
But I can claim back the cost of travel to my scan at Kings college, think it's gonna cost me about £20, I dunno how I'll manage, didnt think of the SPD but definately cant afford the taxi fare from Gatwick to London

I'm only on incapacity benefit, which usually means I don't qualify for any help :( How would I find out if I can claim back the cost of travel?

I had to go on a train on the 8th, and despite sitting down, I couldn't walk when I got off. We were supposed to get a connecting train, but had to fork out £60 to get a taxi, as I just could not walk another step. Don't know if it was the vibrations or something on the train, but it was awful.

Aww AF, come round and cuddle up to my husband if you like, he won't mind :)

I haven't had anything for free pregnancy prescriptions but not too worried because we got a lovely letter from the NHS yesterday enclosing NHS exemption certificates for me and hubby which is fantastic, free glasses. dental and prescriptions... I could claim hospital travel back but it is litterally five minutes away, £1.10 by bus but I could probably walk it if I wasn't so lazy...
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

    Hello everyone!
I'm a bit confused as got netdoctor email today and it sais this, "CVS is used less often than amniocentesis because it carries a higher risk (up to 2 per cent) of miscarriage." It doesn't really matter but isn't it the other way round?
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.

I'm full of sympathy, was thoroughly looking forward to OH coming home and having a cuddle, but he is working very late so I'll be spending the evening alone :(

All of my symptoms have gone. My (.Y.) no longer hurt, I don't feel ill (not that I ever really did), the bad dreams have disappeared, no stretching feeling in my tummy.
Has anyone felt like this or anywhere near it during their pregnancies? I'm going a bit stir crazy TBH. Short of taking myself to the hospital and seeming like a mad woman, I know there's not much I can do.

I do! I have absolutely no symptoms whatsoever (apart from a missed period of course lol). I don't feel anything at all different than before, no sicky feeling, no tummy pains, no aches anywhere else, nothing. Until I had a dating scan at 9 weeks I was convinced something had happened and I wasn't pregnant anymore, and even now (12 weeks) although I've seen the heartbeat I still feel nothing going on inside.

Not that I'm wishing for sickness, painful boobs or anything else, but I guess they make us realise we ARE pregnant and I wouldn't mind a reminder every so often!

I wouldn't worry Pickle, not long til your scan and you can see whats going on in there, and when I posted about having no symptoms at all quite a few posters said this was all normal.
