Trying For a Baby II

Sorry, AnnieM! AF is completely inconsiderate! Doesn't care about our feelings at all. I have had so many months when I though it must be it, and then AF is there.... I am sure that is what is going to happen this month as well and we'll just have to keep trying...
Good luck for the next month and baby dust (& glue) to all!
PS. I do know that I am not pregnant, but I still hope that I am. (this sounds stupid, I know) I can feel AF coming and it doesn't seem like it is going to be a light one. It is just that it is my birthday next week and I was hoping for an early present....Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0 -
Ginvzt... you sound just like me at the moment!
I am so tempted to test tomorrow... said I'd wait till Friday, but on CD43 and this feels 'different'. I usually feel really down when due AF but despite having really sore breasts, and having really tight pants, I don't feel like I usually do.... I am usually wanting to smash the place up (...I get very agitated when due AF).
Oh well, I will see what the morning brings.... if nothing happens overnight, I may well just test.0 -

Sorry Skinty, I don't have any help. Perhaps you could give NHS direct (08454647) a call? They might be able to let you know if this is to be expected. Hope you are okay xStay-at-home, attached Mummy to a 23lb 10oz, 11 month old baby boy.0 -
Skintchick, sorry you are having problems. When I miscarried, my bleeding was just like a very heavy painful period, with a largeish lump which was the baby. Did you pass anything which you thought could have been the baby??? Have you been seen and scanned? I had to have a scan 7 days after the mc to make sure 'everything came away' - which fortunately it had. Once the bleeding stopped I had a normal cycle.
Personally I would check with your doctor - it sounds like they need to scan you to make sure that it has all gone, but this was just my experience, it may be that we are all different and this is normal for you.
I hope that this helps in some way - the whole thing is the most awful experience and my heart goes out to you.

Mine sounds the same as Lilo's, but when I made the mistake of Googl'ing for experiences, I did read that it stopped and started again for some women.
I agree with Lilo - best to go back to your doctor, or if you were seen at the EPU, give them a call.

And if so, how long it might go on for? My m/c began on 3 October and I bled until 11 October and now it has started again today.
Thought I might ovulate this w/e but probably not now? We really want to try again as soon as possible.
Hello Skintchick - I tried to post on the miscarriage thread too as was wondering how everyone was doing.
I can't speak from experience here as I had ERPC's for both my miscarriages so just got a week of light bleeding and then it stopped.
But I would think that if you only stopped bleeding on 11th Oct it would not be abnormal to have bleeding on and off as your hormones have been turned upside down by the whole thing so to speak x
I think unless the bleeding is heavy - if it is then you need to call your local EPAU it is not too much to worry about - should settle down soon (though it is annoying when you are wanting to get on and TTC again x0 -
Sorry skint can't help much here either as I had d&c's with both my mc's.
If it helps I bled for a day or 2 (but not as heavy as a period) then had dbs for nearly 2 weeks.
Personally I wouldn't bother with NHS direct. In my experience they will either tell you to go to A&E or call your own GP.
I would call my own GP and ask advice or as elle suggests, call your local EPU they are fantastic.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -

Oh well, the morning is here, and I had some watery blood when I wiped down. I 'think' I feel different than usual when AF is due, but I think it will be it... Just a bit earlier this month. It is getting a bit annoying - I am only CD25!!!!!! My BBT still went up slightly this morning, but I expect it to plummet tomorrow...Spring into Spring 2015 - 0.7/12lb0
