I'm another member of the lobster club:rolleyes:...although I tend to go for a more drumstick lolly effect with one side staying as white as snow & the other lobster red.....then it peels and then back to paler than a pint of milk:o:o
Such a nightmare when all I want is a nice healthy glow:rolleyes:

Madmac - I have no imagination thats why I tend to use my actual name for user ID etc ...was talking to MIL at weekend and she mentioned she'd joined MSE & would look for me:eek: Hopefully I managed to conceal my horror, then panicked when we got home:rotfl:

Those who have had mc's did you find that you were as randy as a goat afterwards?!?!?! :o I swear I'm obsessed!!!! Dunno whether it's coz I'm determined to get a stick bfp or it's hormones:confused:

At least I suit big brimmed hats and love wearing them! Plus it gives me a good excuse to avoid vest tops so I can keep my arms covered... plus my arms just aren't up to it any more!

I've got some serious bingo wings going on at the mo, trying my hardest to get rid of them and they don't seems as bad as what they were, but that resigns me to wearing short sleeved t-shirts at the very least

Hi girls, sorry i have not been around for a few days, but things have been going a little crazy round here. My car is off the road this week which has caused some minor technical problems and then on top of being told it will cost hundreds to mend my AF arrived 4 days early and the heaviest i have ever had!

It is more painful than my mc and there are more clots! So me and OH have decided to take a month off from worrying and i am going to lurk, but try not to write or worry about which day i am on. We can't do the holiday away trick this year so just need to bd when the feeling takes us and then get back to charting and everything next month or sometime in the future.

I will not leave and i am here if anyone ever needs a virtual hug, chat, rant or just to know that someone is listening.

Huge amounts of baby dust to all :) I will have everything crossed, at least for the next few days and then my fingers and toes ;)

    Hi Gymfriend,

Well "technically" it is a brain tumour although I rarely discuss it as being such unless someone is getting on my wick with hyperchondria! :rotfl:It soon shuts them up! It just sounds way too dramatic for my liking. Mind you someone at work said to me yesterday could I not try some aromatherapy. Now I'm all into homeopathic remedies and such like but I'm not sure theres anything that can stop a tumour producing a hormone. I miss my friend from work as she had exactly the same thing so we could discuss it together, but she's gone off travelling now. Mind you she was only 21 and not wanting a family yet so they weren't treating hers.
I asked yesterday about the cardiac risks but he assured me in the doseage I take it was completely safe he also said the risks were more with cabergoline than bromocriptine. I haven't been referred for a heart scan. I asked if I was at any increased risk though because of my weight and he said no the opposite, because I'm overweight there was more of my body to distribute the drug around so that's a first positive for being overweight!:rotfl:
Oh yeah when my GP told me the results of my first blood test she rung me at 6.30pm on a friday night as I was getting ready to go out for dinner with the in laws, and she said "your blood tests show you have a benign brain tumour" ! Nice! That was the weekend from hell.

Bl**dy hell becs, what a way to be told such news! I do wonder whether these doctors lead normal lives at all when they think that is a sensible time to call and tell you - ours did the same when my father was diagnosed with cancer! Roll on death knoll weekend to follow and thank goodness it didn't end up being that bad after years of treatment :j

Hi Leopardlady, long time no hear. AF has gotten heavier and more clotted for me (sorry, TMI!) the older I get and if one more person tells me it will improve once I've had a baby I'll hit them!

Ooh Smartie, three of us in Devon = the Devonian TTC Club now officially launched :rotfl:
