Morning all, have just had a big bacon sandwich - so unlike me - I'm usually a banana in the morning and nothing else! Much be getting ready to get my strength up for all that BDing coming next week :rotfl:

I'm lucky in a way that OH is always up for it and is more likely to ask about the 'right' time than I am to remind him. Bless, he so wants to be a father :o

But I usually find I am most in the mood at the right time anyway (TMI!) and that is naturally the situation for all of us, so when you really get the urge, your body signs are good apparently! Ooh, lots of BFPs to come I so so hope...

Good morning ladies! You have had a good chat :)

well we have failed on the bding every day this week, and only managed two days, i can't push my OH as i feel too mean? Oh well all ov signs have gone so maybe it happened early for me? at least that is what i am trying to hope, i couldn't bear to think it hasn't happened this month. Oh well we will keep up the bding until AF does or doesn't turn up.

Good to see some early planning going on, i know what you mean gymfriend, as i am also self employed so not sure what will happen with money, oh well lets just hope it works out ok.

I am thrilled the sun has come out today and me and oh have begun swimming two mornings a week and will try to swim once at weekends, it is great but i am soo tired for the rest of the day! I hope it helps me lose some weight and then i can get fat when i am pregnant! At least that is my motivation :)

Very sticky baby dust to all :)

Yey I knew there would be more!! Congrats IHF :D

We've had a minor setback lol... OH tripped over the dog, slid and fractured a bone in his ankle.. Its nearly impossible to do anything with a full cast to his knee and crutches! believe me I tried! Its actually possible with me on top(tmi?) but that doesnt work best with "gravity" issues lol

Were stuck in the scottish highlands in A&E for 5 hours, OH cant drive us home so my mums having to take the car back. Hes feeling sorry for himself and were stuck in the house cos everything we planned on doing whilst we were here is impossible with one leg. Cant go rock climbing, hill walking, cant get near the water for fishing even shoppings out as he was nackered hopping round Tesco last night. I give up and want to go back home already and we only been here 2 days lol :(

Awww your poor OH, thats got to suck, how long will he have the cast on?

It sucks that your trip has been spoiled as well :( (((hugs)))

I have just signed up for a quitting smoking clinic at work, the NHS are doing a 12 week session on helping people quit smoking

As that is the most important thing I want to do before even trying for a baby, I dont want to be smoking while TTC or while pregnant.

I am feeling postive about it, I have quit before but have started again a few months down the line, but I am feeling positive that I wont start again after I quit, because I 100% do not want to smoke while pregnant or TTC

Oh no emmzy :( Poor oh - re the bding, you'll have to try to defy gravity by climbing off really quickly:rotfl:

I'm driving myself mental - since Monday (3/4dpo?) I've been absolutely starving, normally quite good at restricting myself but at the minute I just can't! Wondering if it's a symptom...arrrgh, stop me SSing! Thank god there's no tests left at home!

  • Ah, thanks for all your lovely messages ladies, it seems there may be more BFP's on the way...

Emmzy, how rubbish! It might be worth getting having a ring round any local attractions/shopping centres to see if they do mobility scooters? I hired one a few years ago at Bluewater when I broke my foot, it was one of the best shopping trips ever! We also hired one for my Mum at Disney when she was recovering from a hip replacement - she loved it and we got to queue jump! They do them FOC at most supermarkets, I think you need to ask at customer services.

Oh Emmy, that sucks, i would like to point out though that his little swimmers will be out of the way and gravity should make no difference almost immediately, so i would keep trying with you on top if OH is happy, it should not mean the end of trying.

My gp said that lying with your hips raised following bding makes no difference as the force from him is more than enough to send the fit ones right into the right place.

Hope your holdiday can continue with the help of the mobility scooter idea?

Good luck to all, and gymfriend try hard not to worry about it, but you are ss with the best of us! don't test for a few days!

Sticky baby dust to all :)

Oh Emmzy, typical that these things happen at the beginning of a break and not at the end! Hope you can enjoy yourselves anyway, even if he has to put up with you on top and in charge - I bet he will find that a real hardship :rotfl:

Will have to give in and wax my legs before next week, what a nuisance!

Hope you are all busy BDing and not sitting like me having a late dinner on your own in front of the TV x

I've been lurking for a while. Can't quite believe I have a BFP first month of trying. Scared and excited now.:j
