Morning all. Sorry to read so much stress and annoyance. I have been offline for the weekend, so back here now to say that i believe AF has arrived Oh well good news is that my cycle is still around 29 days, even after the mc, so i suppose that is good to know. OH is dissappointed as we bd'd much more than usual and around the right days perfectly, but there we go, next month it is.

Kencokenco, i hope to hear about a change in your ov status after starting th clomid.

Elastigirl - christmas day? Nice pressie!:j Although annoying as baby grows up.....it's amazing how many people forget about your bday!:mad: My poor parents have worked especially hard to make it special for me and to let everyone know it's my birthday, bless them:D Even now they have to remind my aunts, you'd think they'd remember after 25yrs:rolleyes:

Leopard lady sorry to hear AF has showed up but like you said at least you know how long your cycle is

Still getting BFNs:mad: so waiting til next weekend and testing again and if still BFN its off to the docs to see whats going on! I think I've pretty much convinced myself I'm pg though:o I've got all symptoms and never had issues with AF or anything so it's most likely......do I sound convincing?!?!?!:o:rotfl:
And if I'm right it'll be a January baby which will probably coincide with a million other things as most of Ohs family are winter babies, ah well great excuse to get outta things:rotfl:

Oh catherine, you sound very convinced, I really hope it is so, and you get your bfp!!!! AF stopped, so only spotting yesterday, lets just see, no symptoms to spot for either af or bfp, so pretty sure it is af.

Hi Becs - what a fab due date that would be for you all! Feel a bit like i don't quite fit on the other thread now so thought I would join you over here

I'd be due 4/2/2010 if we cracked it this month, though I'm not holding my breath. We go away at the end of the month when AF is due so was thinking I may ask the Dr for something to put her off for a week or so...but presumably nothing like that is safe when TTC.

Elastigirl - a Xmas day baby, how ace, I'd have loved that! I only know one person who arrived on the day itself and he was named Noel! I love the name Noelle for a girl but just don't think i could do it to a Xmas day baby!!

Hi,

first time on the thread and just wanted to say a quick hello:hello: and ask for a bit of advice.


me and my OH are only 2 weeks into trying, I came off the mini-pill then and I have just had symptoms of a period without the bleeding (sorry if TMI) so will i need to wait another full month before I could fall pregnant ? does the lack of bleeding mean the pill is not fully out of my system yet ?

Sorry if this isnt the best place, i cant ask my doctor as there is a weeks wait before appointments and it doesnt really seem worth the waste of his time !

The pill is a weird thing, can leave your body immediately and you could regain normal cycles but equally it could take a few months til you get a period! What symptoms did you have? It's possible you have just ov'd?xx

Leopardlady - couldn't it be implantation bleeding if it was only spotting? I have been using ov sticks & they have shown that my miscarriage meant my cycle is longer than normal this month as I ov'd a week late. So I'm now only on day 5 of 12 into my luteal phase when really AF would normally be due. Perhaps your AF isn't actually due yet as your m/c could have elongated your cycle this month too.

Hi Nikabella, i am sort of hoping this is the case, but i tested from a day after the bleeding stopped and it was bfn, and then i use ov sticks, but did not get a an ov+, but had all the symptoms of oving on the right day, if day of mc was 1st day of af?
Anyway i would prob be on day 15 of normal 12-14 day luteal, so not sure what is going on, i would love it to be implantation, but i would be vaguely happy with AF arriving on time? (iyswim).

Hmmm, it's frustrating all the not knowing where you are with things - I completely understand what you mean aboout being vaguely happy with it being AF so at least you know where you are.

I found my Ov stick results were different from normal this month, whereas I'd normally have lots of feint -ve results, followed by one day almost +ve & then the next day definitely +ve & then more feint -ves, this time I simply had a few feint, then one closer to +ve & then straight back to feint, so no actual +ve - I guess I could have missed it though.

It would be so lovely to both get a BFP together this month after everything that's happened.

Hi all and welcome to newbies :hello:

Well, as we all really know that after coming off the pill your cycles can be really up and down for a while. Everybody is different, so just take it as it comes and hopefully a BFP will be swinging your way soon!

Oh Nikabella and Leopardlady, here's hoping the leftover hormones will help you both get a BFP quickly - I really, really do hope so for you. You both deserve some luck and then some x

Keep wondering how Kencokenco is getting on, hope she is hearing good things and will be back here with news soon.

We really do need some good news on here, don't we. So time for a group hug :grouphug:
