woohoo, well done aless02 that is fantastic news
Fingers crossed and hope to join you over on the pg thread very soon.
Well i have been to the docs this am and had the pg test, neg as i thought. Then got home to find the letter with a scan date, so called and left a message. Oh well, i suppose it proves that i am perfectly happy now and just very keen to get back to it!
The weather is quite nice here, so may get some gardening done, and now really looking forward to the weekend

Hi iv read lots you of talking about pregnacare, is this tablet somethin betta than just straight forward folic acid? I have been just taking the standard 400mcg tabs from any store that has them on offer!! (when i rememeber) :-)
Congrats aless02 on BFP, hope all goes well and u have a happy planning 9 months ahead :j :t0 -
Hi kmckee999, pregnacare is a multi vit for people ttc, pg and breast feeding. If you have a balanced diet then all you need is folic acid, i am only taking pregnacare as i have been given it by people here and a friend how has had a baby. I am not sure i would buy it as it is expensive. I was taking folic acid for almost a year before starting the pregnacare and have no idea if it is better for me or not. I would stick with folic acid only, it will do what you need it to.Leopardlady

Going into town tomorrow so thanks for the heads up on the vitamins I need to look for. Going to try some of the ones mentioned and thankfully I read about them on here first so I haven't got to worry if my pee goes fluroescent yellow!!:rotfl:
Going to try and get OH on zinc as well as he is as keen as me now about TTC which is great (mentioned something about when we go away in September and how nice it would be for me to have a bump to show off!)
Congrats on the BFP aless02!!:T:T
CD22 of 35 here but we're still going to bd until the end of the cycle (either AF turning up or me getting my BFP)

Congrats aless02. Best of luck hun.
It's deffo the vit B that makes your wee luminous. I've been taking vit B for a while now and i was quite suprised to see my wee after taking them for the first time. I've just started taking pregnancy vit not pregnacare tho, mainly because for me it actually worked out cheaper to get them than buy all my vits separately.£387.39/£196.46

Awww, thanks so much to all of you! I'm so paranoid so took another one this morning - the line's definitely darker but still not very defined - but still a BFP! I'm 20 DPO (supposedly, but I got a case of thrush right around the OV day, so could be off by a couple days possibly), so a bit concerned that the tests are still not very dark, but *shrug*.
Unfortunately, we just moved less than a month ago, so still had not registered with new GP. Going to do that ASAP now of course!
Good luck to everyone out there - much sticky dust and all that. You ladies are so lovely!!top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne

Enjoy all the sorting out Aless02, but remember the doc will be very dismissive, until 12-14wks that is, so don't be put off.
Well we are back to ttc with a vengence, so that is great and i am really happy and OH seems happier now as well. Roll on the weekend.
I hope that all those waiting are coping and not going crazy and that all those working on it all, are enjoying it

Leopardlady...I'm waiting and going crazy. My friend is having a pregnancy "scare", she's doing a test tonight to see what happens. I know she'll be gutted if she gets a BFP! It's incredibly annoying. I hope for both our sakes she gets a BFN. I don't think I could cope with her attitude if she got a BFP.
I will not judge or be jealous...I will be adult, calm and a good friend! Or I will at least try my best!Reduction in daily mortgage interest since October 23 (new mortgage) - £2.36 July 25
