I think that this thread is a great idea!!! :beer:
I know that the world is being turned upside down but I think that positive thinking is the best thing we can do at the mo especially over these things that we cannot control...
Here are my positive thoughts:- Both my girlfriend and I have full time jobs in the public sector so our jobs are as safe as they can be
- We are both in good health and have a good budget that we are still sticking too
- We recently moved into a new new flat (rental) and hope that when this financial storm blows over that we will actually be able to afford a flat in London!
- We are getting our Icesave savings back
- Most of my debts are to family and so they are not as affected as if they were with banks or credit cards
- The current problems in the economy is making me want to payoff my debts sooner rather than later
