No Zing today, and no response from any of my emails either (dating back to 23rd Dec)Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0

I have finally got a respons to one of my emails, yesterdays one, but just after I sent one today. It says
I do apologies that your last issue of Zing! magazine has been late.
We post your issue once again and you should received it by next two days.
Once again I want to do apologies for any inconvenience.
So it seems that they are going to post my issue once again, which implies that they feel they have posted it already. But as most of the vouchers ran out at the end of Dec, I think I will have to send them another stroppy email when I get it (unless they have done a reprint with different vouchers in)Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
No sign of mine either, only received 2 issues since aug 22nd when I subscribed, asked them whats going on and if the magazine is monthly or 4 a year!0

Still not got mine or had a reply to any of my emails GRRR0

Mine arrived today, they are going to get a strongly worded email from me about the amount of expired vouchers in there.
And there is a letter on the letters page from someone saying what a wonderful mag it is, and how the latest issue arrived just in time for Xmas. Now either they are talking about the one that came in October (issue 4), which is a long time before Xmas, or they were talking about the one that has just come (issue 5, due 19th Dec) and it was amazing that they managed to get the letter into print in the issue that the letter was talking about!Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
Suewre wrote:I subscribed on 27th June, I got my first issue in early September, and my second on 28th October. Nothing since. So in the nearly 5 1/2 months since I subscribed I have received 2 magazines. Not quite the monthly it should be. Surely the next one should be here soon, it has been over 5 weeks since the last.
I found this message from me on page on of this thread. Zing really is having problems getting it's issues out.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0 -
No sign of zing here yet or any reply to my email, they are becoming a joke and I'm thinking of cancellation and demanding all my money back0

Same here, no zing and no replies to emails.
Does any one have a phone number for them?0 -
I took out a subscription in December but after reading MSE I've emailed them to cancel and refund me.
I did find some contact details for the company so might be worth pursuing various channels of communication.
