Hi I did the same last week, not heard a thing since, they are quick to acknowledge money transactions though !!!

I took out my subscription December 2004 and so far I have had 6. Well I think its 6 its so long between issues I forget biu I think the last one was numbered as 6.

According to Zing here the next issue is issue 5 on 19th Dec!

Got this reply back within a couple of hours of emailing them:-

Dear *****,

Thank you for your letter. Issue 5 should be delivered through your letterbox on the 19th of December in time for great Christmas savings. We do apologize that you missed your last issue.

We have every intention of getting the magazine out to you on a monthly basis but as with all new magazines, we have been experiencing some teething problems. Our last issue was in December issue number 5. As a result we go by issue numbers, which means that your subscription won’t run out until you have received 12 issues through your letterbox!

Once again, sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused and I hope you continue to enjoy Zing!

We can offer You one extra issue. Which means that you will receive extra free issue for every missing or late issue. We will do everything we can to deliver every issue of our magazine on time. We really see no reason to pay for something which you didn't receive.

I understand that you are disappointed. If you still want to cancel your subscription you have a full right to do this. Please send me email, with you name and address.

Once again, sincerest apologies for the inconvenience caused and I hope you continue to enjoy Zing!

They seem to have totally overlooked the fact that this was sent yesterday, 23rd January.

Needless to say, I emailed back asking for a full refund. No point having the magazine if all the offers are out of date by the time it comes. That was the whole point of it.

I got this email too, I think it is a generic one they send out. Radek deals with subscriptions and I got an email yesterday from Joanne asking if I had received my refund and wait for it..........got my cheque in the post today with a letter saying if I wish to resubscribe they would give me 15 issues.....this cheque is going in the bank.

I emailed yesterday afternoon and have just got a full refund chq through the letterbox and an offer to resubscribe for 15 issues for £15.00, i'll keep an eye on this thread and see how things go with it.Meanwhile i'll bank the chq thanks.

Received the same letter along with my cheque for £9 yesterday. Like you, mine is going in the bank.
