I got a reply! It says:

"Thank You very much for your email.

I will post your missing issue today. You should receive it within two
days.

It may happened that you will receive more then one issue number 5.
If yes that's mean that every extra issue is free.

Once again I do apologizes for unnecessary delayed.
As I wrote in my previous email your subscription has been extended to
one extra issue.

Wow, I really think it is time for Zing to invest in a spellchecker. One that checks for grammar as well.

after ringing zing, i have been told i will be getting a cheque in the post for my refund and they will send me issue 6....................

i'm not going to hold my breath lol

Just got the December 2005(?) copy of Zing... finally. Still a couple of coupons that are valid (about £1.30 is better than nothing!) Anyone know in how many months the next one is expected?!?

Surely we could all do some sort of petition rather than individuals sending emails. Would that have more effect?

No reply to email to Sarah Robbins so just rang them about non-responsive service to emails. Took my telephone number and called me straight back saying 'refund will issued by cheque'. Offered me issue 5 so I said No 'it's out of date', then offered to send issue 6 for me to look at - again I said 'no, only interested in a refund'. Spoke to Joanne so I'll watch my mail for a cheque!
Apparently SR had forwarded my email to the appropriate dept so maybe she is the best one to hassle! I refused their offer of a mag as it could be seen that I had accepted the subscription.

Hi I emailed them tonight as well and said i was disgusted with their subscription offer i paid on the 30th June for 12 Issues and have had 2 so far i have asked for a full refund.

I have emailed Joanne in the past and she has always been fine but i am fed up now.

This just isn't good enough.

Email last night confirming my refund and it would be with me in a few days plus a load of speel about the magazine.

Today I receive the sun glasses and a flyer with all the speel saying isssue 6 with me soon .....DER... don't think so!

Just checked my original email from them confirming my subscription which was taken out in July, promising a magazine each month starting in August.

As I have only received 2 magazines since then I have just emailed everyone on the above post telling them to cancel my subscription and refund all the money I paid.

I will report back once I get a reply.
