Nothing arrived still i'll be snding another email, this is bad customer service

I got a reply from Zing, it was exactly the same as the one fuzzylogic got, apart from I didn't get wished a Merry Christmas!

I will keep the email, to make sure I get my extra copy (although at the rate they have been coming out it might be in a couple of years)

I think they have very poor customer relations. They need to keep us better informed as to when the mags will come out.

The website is still saying the next issue will be out on 19th Dec

I had a reply yesterday apologising and saying they'll post it to me if I let them know my address (also with that great spelling of STRAIGHT :mad: ).

I replied, saying the following:

"My problem, as you seem to have not realised it, is that I have subscribed to Zing for vouchers, and if they arrive to me out of date I will not be getting anything worthwhile, will I?

I fully expect that my 12 issues will be 12 IN DATE issues, and would ask you adjust my details accordingly.

With thanks"

Let's see what response comes ... if any ... no Zing through the door this morning.

i have seen people selling coupons from zing on ebay. where do you get zing from?

Read the above threads about Zing and you may want to reconsider getting the coupons with all the hassle it comes with.

We have every intention of getting the magazine out to you on a monthly basis but as with all new magazines, we have been experiencing some teething problems. As a result we go by issue numbers, which means that your subscription won’t run out until you have received 12 issues through your letterbox!

Just realised same as fuzzylogics without the Christmas greeting, obviously doesn't use spellchecker neither.

Finally got my issue yesterday, but as has been said a lot of the coupons have expired already.

I did sent a very sarcastic reply asking them if it was a joke or if I should expect my next issue in dec 2006! Still no reply back from that email though.
