  • Hi all,

love this thread - think I'm getting a bit obsessed though!

I've made over £1000 since June last year, just mainly selling unwanted clothes from my hideously overstocked wardrobe of Topshop doom!

I list 10 items a week, start them on a 10 day listing on a Thursday afternoon so they finish on a Sunday afternoon evening (usually around 5/6pm). Usually 99p clothes, so free listing atm, woo!

I schedule my items so new ones start every thursday, then I can just get job lots listed over the weekend and it doesn't cause the dreaded eBay panic when you've got 50+ items to package and send (also then no 'evils; from the Post office queue.

Had a amazing week last week, Primark skirt I paid £5 sold for £16, but this week was a bit rubbish. Really is amazing how things can differ!

    How's everone else doing?

    xxx

Best item I ever sold, Topshop leopard print playsuit, bought in the sale for £10, didnt fit and forgot to take it back - sold on eBay for.....£69! Just shows how when you get a few bidders interested prices can rocket.

Hurray! Four items sold on Amazon today and 1 BIN on eBay.

Have spent so much time answering questions and packing sand going to the PO that I haven't done any more listing - ooops! Will tidy and clean house this afternoon, get some study done and then start listing (probably at about 12 tonight)

Hubby off next week so hoping he will take the little ones and entertain them and leave me to my money making.

    Afternoon all,

I'm going to get my butt into gear and put at least 5 items on turbolister, ready to upload TONIGHT, as all I did at the weekend was relist unsold items (4 of them).

I'm still waiting for someone to pay up from something sold at the weekend.

Only have one bid right now, its wierd coss the bidder is private, i didn't hit the private button on this listing.
Can the buyer make themself apear private on a listing?

its only a tracksuit top, not really sure why they would do this:confused:

Maybe they consider it an item of 'used goods' that certain sectors like to buy Lexxx :rotfl: You've moved into the dodgy clothing sector!
