Yes, I've got 2 for 1 tickets for the 4 of us, but we still have to buy 2 adult tickets which is £66! Full family price on the gate is £92, £78 online and £66 with these tickets. Not cheap is it! lol

  • Hi Tiff,

I use the majority of my eBay money to pay off debts, but if for example I wanted a new jacket, I'd try to sell a couple of old jackets on eBay to raise some money towards it - quite a nice feeling to get something new out of two things I hadn't worn in ages :)

Like completelylost my main aim is the dreaded declutter - I'm a terrible clothes hoarder, and had to turn my spare room into an overflow wardrobe - which is a bit worrying....
In the past 8 months I've got rid of over 150 items of clothing an I've still get loads to go!

    June NSD's - 5/25 :(
Overdraft: was £2000, now £1740...getting there!
    Card 1: £500, now £0
    Card 2: £1200, now £0
    Card 3: £250, now £0

At least I'm not on my own, I refuse to throw anything away I have got boxes & boxes in the attic & a garage full & we need the room. My aim is to pay for things to be done in the home, like I would like a new floor in the front room, new doors. just the general. I still can't believe how much I have its silly, anyway sold one item last nite on a buy it now, lots finished last nite, lots of watchers & no bidders, maybe its the easter holidays?? who know. As today is raining, think I will pop up into the attic & have a look around. Ohhhh so many boxes so little time......
Thanks for all the help & inspiration.

    afternoon everyone...
    its dull and drizzly here.
actually the weather fits my mood.
ebay has slowed down - mainly cos i havent listed for 6 days so my own fault! why cant these things list themselves?
still had to refund 2 items which really grated but i did it.
bought some mailing bags so that i am cutting down my costs and being more organised. i hate the packaging process.
    how is everyone else doing?

crumpetmonster, you sound a lot like me! I buy so many clothes (though mainly cheap or from ebay) but I only wear a select few :S Most of the ones I wear are old and tatty, even though I have lovely new stuff. I'm now making it my aim not to buy anything unless I'm 100% sure I'll wear it!

Today I listed and sold something for £15. I'm about to take some pics of another item and will list it on 'buy it now' tonight... hopefully... if I can muster up the energy!

Hi mrscmr, it sounds as if you have hit the eBay wall. I'm quite often doing it and come on here to get some motivation. EBaying is really hard work because it doesn't stop at the listing but goes on and on and sometimes on. Drives me mad but if I can clear my clutter then it is all worth it.

Got some tidying up to do and then will start organising my eBay world tomorrow.

Does anybody know if the Post Office is opened on Saturday? I assume it isn't tomorrow as it is a bank holiday.
