Are yours in perfect condition with the tags? What price did you start at?
I have two; think one has tags and the other doesn't.
Congratulations on your eBay achievement - there's hope for the rest of us! :T
Thanks.
The 5 inch one with suckers went for £8 BIN and the 2 larger 7inches ones went for £12 BIN and £17+.
I started the auction at £0.01.0 -
I've just listed 12 items today, including a bike, a Mini Me (Verne Troyer) doll, PG Tips monkey keyring, Star Wars figures, a printer and a DAB radio.
I'm hoping to clear £300 after fees.
I've still got another 14 items to list, as I got distracted and when I returned it was too late.
I'll list some more on Thursday.0 -
Well i've started again after christmas, I am listing 10 items a day, slightly more if they end on a weekend, but guess what, I have no bids.....
there is lots of good stuff on there as well so I am well confused.....
Any tips would be useful.
Thanks

i had 23 items listed over the past 10 days and have managed to sell 10 with a grand total of £50 profit! Not bad seeing as it was 'my junk!!'0

Well I have just listed 4 items, not much but its a start and I'm feeling crap and have loads of other things to do.
Have listed a few gift vouchers I've received from completing various surveys etc, so total profit on each one sold.
Also listed a coffee table that we received free when we bought our suite, but we don't have room for it. I originally listed it back in November but it didn't meet the reserve, even though someone was desperately trying to increase the bid, considering adding a BIN. mmmmm?? - I arst dded a BIN
fingers crossed they all sell well.
Edit: First bid already only been listed 5 minutes. yipppeee0 -
Hurray! It's great coming on here and seeing positive news.
I'm still being very carp about listing but I have sold a book a day for the past four days so about £40 profit.
I'm going to spend tomorrow cleaning and tidying and then the weekend is listing, listing and more listing.
Ginga, hope you now have some bids. Mind due I never seem to have any bids until the last minute. Which reminds me, one of my previous buyers wants to buy some other baby stuff from me so had better let them know how much I would like...mmm, now let's see...:rotfl:

well i have decided that my 'ebayin' profit is to pay off my credit card bill which should take about 7 months or so if I am strict with myself!
Then for next year I will start buying back for my house as I bought through co-ownership - either that or over pay on the mortgage - not sure which is the better option - but I suppose I have 12 whole months to think about it lol!!
Also my friend called round last night with a box full of her junk for ebay and promised to split the profits so I will have a very busy weekend ahead of me!!(hopefully)0 -
.....
Lexxx, I know how you feel (it is the story of eBay for me) but I have also decided that if you go in with a positive frame of mind, it will happen! Am also going to add some more listings on Thursday so keep your chin up and hopefully there will be plenty of buyers. (How much do you need to raise by when? Perhaps we could have some quick suggestions for you that don't involve eBay!)

Update I have sold two items so far, but so far they haven't paid!!!! I have another 11 items ending tonight with lots of watchers, so I am hopeful that a few items will go, its stuff that the in laws gave me as no longer wanted, so anything will be a bonus.....
Have used Auctiva to list another 10 items to start tonight, so fingers crossed. I should be able to get rid of some stuff.
Thanks Guys for all your kind words.
