eBay/ebid 10 a day challenge - any joiners?

Well after some serious faffing about I have decided not to list anything else on eBay until 29th December. I have 200 odd items on there and while only 6 (!) currently have bids, about half have watchers so if they do all place their 99p bids, I am going to be seriously busy for the next few days wrapping them up. This persuaded me to spend the time reorganising the eBay room so that's where I am off to now....

Will pop in before I go off on hols to see how everybody is doing. Even if you are not making much money, think of the space you are clearing!

I'm looking forward to phase 2 of the eBay challenge as hopefully I shall have organised the eBay stuff so that I can list it easier. That's the hope anyway. Can't say I have enjoyed this challenge at all but money and space will keep me going and the dreaded thought that I could labelled as a hoarder (yep there are some areas in my house where you can't pass for all the eBay stuff :rotfl:)

I'm not part of this challenge as such but I put 3 items up last week (phone and 2 memory cards) and am doing well with just under 4 hours to go. All 3 have bids on and the phone is over £90 already ... yay !!

Well, still only 5 items with bids. I've just listed a little 'buy it now', only expecting to make £2 off it once it sells but it's still better in my pocket!

I'm not on this challenge, but I think I need to be! Maybe I should put the whole house on.... no thats going a bit too far, but I have lots of clutter, currently have 65 items on & wait for it......no bids plenty of watchers. When do you think I should list till & do you have a break over christmas?

I would definitely take a break over xmas, or if you list over xmas/new year then put a note in your auction listing about last posting dates etc (just to remind people).

Hi everyone!

I have just got back from a long weekend in Lincoln at the Christmas markets - lovely and Christmassy!!

My shower has developed a leak and my 3 listed items are ending today with no bids, just watchers.

I have sold 2 cds today on amazon - one, a cd single went for £18 :T

Ill list the rest of my unwanted cds on amazon for the rest of the year, but am feeling SO liberated about not trundling to the post office with armfulls of parcels. (but want to do it again next year!!).
