  • Hmmmm, I just got the free promotion too, and was going to stop listing before then:confused:.

I dont think that Ill be up to listing on the 30th anyway as its my birthday and I intend to have a big hangover from a party at my sons school the night before. (on birthday list, I asked for a tidy house:rotfl: and a lie in:rotfl: ).

I made a huge bobo on amazon and sent the wrong cd in the right case to a buyer. Have found the right one in the other case and will send that one off to her tomorrow. I hope she understands. All for 49p!!

Having a good laugh at son at the moment - he is throwing ironed clothes on the floor infront or our robotic vacuum cleaner (major sanity saver!!!), to clog it up. (I removed a sock from it already this evening).

Had my first repeat buyer this evening. :T

    Night all!

    LHB,

Happy b'day for the weekend - my son turns 8 on the 1st and he's having 2 parties at the weekend so I'm not going to have much time to list but at least the opportunity is there.

You also reminded me that I have sold a book on Amazon; must go and search for that now in the mountain in the corner!

Have you got a Roomba hoover? Was going to buy one for M-i-L as her lightweight hoover is 'far too heavy', but decided the cost was too high.

Have just rejoined the 'pay off £20k in a year' on this forum. No excuse to stop eBay next year now...

  • Hmm, the free listing weekend has been posted on ebay announcements, so this must mean it's open to everyone...?

It says only Private sellers. Which is good news for me :D

I'll be listing as much as I can.

Even if people are busy at the weekend they could schedule it, ok so it costs 6p to schedule it, but it's still cheaper than most instertion fees anyway lol. However dvds are 5p to insert at 99p I think.
  • I think this weekend, or maybe next Tuesday might be my last listing day until the new year. Can't believe Christmas has come around again so fast
I don't think I'll get everything listed that I wanted to by then but really not sure I want to continue past then, due to slow post , possible missing parcels, horrendous post office queues, and the potential for impatient buyers... but then, will I be losing out by not taking advantage of the xmas spenders?

    Hello.....

Sorry I haven't been around for a bit. Things have been stressful here, as my gran has fallen ill and Mum and dad have had to care for her. Which has left me running the farm....along with two jobs...has meant things have been very busy and something had to give...money saving.

I'm now getting back on track.....and will start listing from tonight. I'm really behind, but am slowly trying to catch up. Bare with me and I should get there eventually.

    So......how is everyone else doing?
    October make £10/day currently £11.02

Hmm, I should really find more items for me to list on Sunday. All I've got planned is to relist the ones I've got if they don't sell!
  • Do it!
I'm going up into the loft later.
    And maybe the shed tomorrow.
I'll be listing some serious tat.
    :rotfl:
