Thanks ladies, feel better this morning; have emailed the missing R.D. buyer and suggested we review the situation at the end of next week.

Have decided to let that woman carry on bidding; as far as I am aware this is a genuine shirt but I have put a rambling message on stating that I cannot 100% guarantee because of how I received it. I'm not going to avoid anybody claiming that it is a fake.

Didn't manage any listing prep last night. I have an hour now so will do a few ready for tonight.

    Catch up later.

  • It's always nice to have new people to help to get us all motivated or more motivated in my case.

I find it so hard to get stuff done with the kids around and at night when they are asleep it's quite late and I'm too tired.

tmd, I have the same issue with my children. The hour I had spare to prepare listings has instead being spent breaking up their squabbles!

The listing will have to wait until tonight now....

  • Hi Floxxie

My OH is working all day today (did yesterday too) so no one else here to deal with them while I get on, also some of the stuff I want to get listed I don't want them to see otherwise they will want it so have to do it when they are not around. I like to do stuff during the week when 2 are at school and when DD3 has a nap.

Can't believe it's nearly December, must really get on and list the sticker books and bits and pieces that would make great stocking fillers.

So much to do - so little time!!!!

It is tough isn't tmd? Mine find things even when they are boxed up and then I got cross with myself for not dealing with them sooner. Trying to do a mix of Amazon and eBay this week but my main priority (after kunch at m-i-l) is to clear my bedroom ompletely of ebay stuff aad put it all into the living room:o

Benben had put this link up and I thought it was a lovely freebie for everyone...

I really would block the peculiar woman, if she is a problem now I think she will be a problem later and don't forget if she does claim it is a fake and can get someone to do a letter you will be forced to refund her and she doesn't even have to return the item.

AS for the other item, all standard mail (which is what recorded is) is not considered lost until 15 working days. However, buyers shouldn't have to wait that long for a refund so try and get her into the 2nd week at elast and then if she says it doesn't arrive refund her and start your own claim for loss later. The problem is of course that the online delivery info for recorded is so unreliable that it is no guarantee at all of item arriving. I am currently running at around a 60% failure rate of recorded ever showing up as delivered, even though all my work items get there in plenty of time.

£20 for my items today, I'm happy with that, clears a bit more space but more importantly has given me a bit of the ebay bug back :D Hopefully I'll be able to get a few more items on later today.
