When someone purchases something from you that is free p&p and then buys another two items that are not, do they expect to get all three items free p&p? And where do I stand as a seller?
(Just remembering why I don't like eBay :rotfl:)
No they shouldn't expect that. Weigh the other two together and give them a postage quote for those two, adding the free postage item as a freebie. BUT ebay buyers are a law unto themselves so you never know what they expect:rolleyes:Not been here in years! Hi everyone. Make £10 a day challenge = £78.45/1550 -

If it isn't the paypal 'OK to send' address then you won't be covered against a chargeback.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Thanks Soolin and JesaRose,
Address is the UK one he wants the item sent to and buyer did pay for the extra postage on the other items but then I was very kind and refunded them the extra postage as it is not going to cost anymore to send the extra two items.
Total is nearing £300 and I am in a real flap trying to get the right things wrapped and addressed...let alone sorting out the couriers! How does mrscmr manage? :rotfl:
How's everyone else doing?
P.S. Have had several items sell for 5 times the amount I expected :eek:Mortgage start September 2015 £90000 MFiT #060 -
I think I have probably sold under £60 worth, not too bad but not as much as I'd hoped, am just about to check if anything else sold.
Every bit helps though and I have quite a lot more to get listed this week, want to try and list as much as I can in the next few weeks before Xmas.
That Ebayer from the other day is sending the cardigan back, I always find it strange as the cardigan wasn't as she described it was when I sent it to her so I'm hoping she hasn't bought mine and is sending back a different one that is badly worn as what do I do then?Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

So far sold two items, and have 13 more ending very shortly... only two have bids. Still, 4/15 isn't bad! I'm hoping for at least one or two last minute bids.0

Hurray, have packed 11 items, have 12 items that have not been paid for yet and 1 that I need to work out a courier price. It has taken me hours! :rotfl:
Total is just a little over £300 but of course that is before fees. Even so it has given me the motivation that I need so will list a few more tomorrow evening.
One of the items I listed tonight has a bid - if anybody has their old toys in the attic get them out as I think the collectors are buying their own Xmas pressies (I haven't but my hubby has so they are being listed) Think I might try Lego tomorrow and toy cars later in the week.
