eBay/ebid 10 a day challenge - any joiners?

Well im not too happy with ebay at the moment they removed 4 of my listings saying i had breached the copyright policy of a company.... how are you supposed to describe your item if you cant say who makes it or what its called!!! I wasn't happy especially as all four of them had bids :mad:

Rant over!!! anyway i didn't list any new items yesterday as i just amended the listings they had cancelled as i was so angry so im counting that as my 2 for yesterday

I relisted an item that finished and listed another 3 items tonight :j I've got 348 items listed and 30 items selling total at the moment is £42.24 most of the items are only selling for 99p but a few have some watchers to so am hoping that another few items will sell soon.

I've got some old dance magazines that i need to list... i listed them before and got about £20 for 5 and the man that bought them has asked me to email him when i list them so he can put them on his watch list so i just need to motivate myself to get them listed :rolleyes:

The money i make from this is going towards paying my monthly bills and if i have any money left over i'll put half towards extra payments to my credit cards and half towards xmas

Well, I am exhausted. Just spent the last three hours catching up on my listing, as I have been rubbish. And here I am......53 listings later!!!!!! Some on ebay and some on Amazon.

I can't wait to log into my seller accounts tomorrow to see how many have sold or have bids on them!

Just recieved all moneys for 4 items i have sold, that is just under £14
got another bid for a 99p item, feeling good about that, still got 37 items left on ebay to sell.
i haven't listed any more for a few days, this week i aim to get at least 20 more listed.

I agree. I love the feeling of waving my junk 'goodbye' at the post office :o Not literally but y'know what I mean.

I might actually join this challenge and just aim for three items a week -- that way I won't run out of stuff! I have 25 listings ending tomorrow which I uploaded on free listing day, and 11 of those have bids but I'm hoping more will be bid on at the last minute. I have sinned in the last few days about bought a couple of things so need to make the money back...

Haven't listed anything today but have a lot of stuff sorted out ready to go on Turbolister and will list it Tuesday evening (after my hospital appointment) don't know if I've mentioned it here but I need to have my gall bladder out and had a scan two weeks ago to check no stones are in my Liver, I find out the results on Tuesday and hopefully they will give me a date for my operation, so don't want to list anything else at the moment just in case it's bad and I have an op earlier than expecting.

Going to get everything on Turbolister ready though. Sold quite a few things today, 3 of my mum's magazines sold, two for 99p, one for £1.43 and have a bid on another one of them finishing tomorrow, have a few bids on stuff, waiting for payment for a few things too.

Off to bed now, at least the clocks go back and I get an extra hour in bed (my turn to lie in too).

Right, here I am, back again, determined to get back into the listings.... it will be hopeless to try to catch up, I'm just going to start from where I am. I have some CDs to list, and then.... its the magazines, which I've never listed before. I've just opened the Royal Mail website, so I'll have some brekkie and... I'm off!

Thanks for the good wishes. Woke up in the night feeling rough and had pains again luckily the pains were not too bad but I took a strong painkiller and fell asleep on the settee and felt OK when I woke up. At least it's not long to find out what is going on and hopefully nothing too serious as the feeling I get in my chest sometimes is worrying, I have a feeling they might tell me I have a stone in my liver. Will have to stick to eating sandwiches or potatoes and vegetables for another couple of days.

I'm still going to be getting stuff listed on Turbolister ready to upload on Tuesday evening, I have lots finishing tonight, a couple of bids and hopefully will get a few more, have to get everything wrapped up this morning that I sold yesterday and will wrap everything that sells today later on this evening.

It can get so tedious listing stuff on Turbolister but at least it's quicker than doing it via the Ebay sell your item page, think I'd go mad if I had to do it that way.

Hope everyone gets lots of sales tonight from their free listing weekend listings. I'm not worried if I only get 99p for things but I do need space and every bit helps.

Right, I've done the easy listings - tho I must listen to a few cassettes, check that they *are* all listenable....

And then, I think it might just be on to the magazines.

I am so glad I came across this! I started clearing my *junk* about 6 weeks ago and have sold approx 20-25 items and made about £130 clear profit :j (after ebay fees, p &p)

I would like you to sign me up for 2 a day? I do find that starting listings on a thur for 10 days works best for me as they are listed over 2 weekends if you know what i mean? and then they end on a sunday.

I have to go the post office every day with work so its no hassle for me posting any day of the week

Also do you all use auctions plus buy it now on ebay? I have 25 items listed on ebay at the moment but no bids!:cool:

Final question:rotfl: do you use turbo lister & is it any good?
