I would refund the sale straight away with an apology longhotbath - if you keep them waiting until you find it and then have to refund anyway you have a higher chance of getting a negative feedback

Its happened to me a couple of times and I've just sent a refund with an apology stating what happened and both times the buyers were fine with it

Dustykitten - I usually use new packaging for Amazon and old for Ebay/Play where I can. I don't know what the exact rules are with Amazon on using second hand packaging though. You can get cheap padded envelopes from Poundland which I use

Thanks Jessa - they recommend wrapping in bubble wrap - I guess you only need to do that if you are not using a padded evelope?

well ebay is warming up with a number of bids which is good.

question for you ladies...re: special delivery. if i sent something special delivery on saturday morning for a monday before 1pm delivery why is it showing on the post office tracker as "progressing through the system"? what the heck does that mean? buyer is not communicating so cant get any sense.

I think special delivery is only valid on monday - friday.

So they wont get it til tuesday b4 1pm.

Hi Jesa Rose , I was very lucky :T:T- The disc was in the box in the loft, so the package will be sent off today...

I did the same thing before Christmas and ended up sending the buyer both cds and both cases...

The box in the loft is my last box of cds, and I will list them on Amazon on Thursday. I made £42 after charges and P&P this week:T.

The children had a tiredness bug last week. My OH and I have it now- I just want to sleeeeeeeeeeep!!
