Sorry you got a negative but don't worry it can be removed, if the buyer is willing just remember there is limit to the number of feedback revisions that can be made - i think it's 5 per 1000 feedback per year

To submit a Feedback revision request:

    • Access the request feedback revision page from the Feedback Forum or from the recent Feedback page on My eBay
    • Select the one you want to request a revisions for
    • Give the buyer a reason for the request
    • Enter any additional info for the buyer in the text box.
    • Click send

    Good luck!

Glad you got your feedback sorted, mrscmr :)

I have set up my amazon account :D finally, after about 6-months, haha. Soooo today I am going to list all my old uni books and say goodbye to that horrible experience once and for all!

Hurray, well done CL. Once you start and they begin selling, you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

Have sold another CD on Amazon. Will post on Monday though.

mrscmr are you sleeping? Saw you online early this morning - I was still up catching up on recorded programmes. Really pleased that you got your feedback sorted but still think it's a loophole that can be abused by buyers.

Anyway have children with me this afternoon so not likely to get much done on the eBay side but will crack on with listing on Amazon. Catch up later.

Congrats on your sale, Floxxie. Do you have a lot of stuff listed? Just you seem to sell something every day.

Now I just have to figure out exactly how much I'm gonna get before listing :S Their fees are weird.

Is it ok to sell books that have been annotated? Hmmm.

Ohhh and one of the items I've relisted about a zillion times, finally has a bidder... but I can't find the item! Typical! Ireally hope I haven't chucked it out. Actually, I have loads of watchers this week compared to last (when I made no sales) so really hope this week is better.

    Just sold another CD...

CL, I only have 63 listings on there now. CDs have been really popular but I'm not greedy so I check to see what MM would give me and if I can get more on Amazon, I put it there..even if it is 1 or 2 p more as I figured that MM can reject your CD for the case being a bit scratched whereas you can put that info on your description.(in fact I haven't used MM at all)

I do really well on text books at the beginnings of semesters. I look at what else is there and price fairly.

Everything I am selling I have had for years and while it is taking up space it is costing me (in sanity!). It is a relief when something sells.

CL, as long as you describe your book etc, then you can sell anything in any condition. I have sold text books that are covered in my writing. Books that have mouldy bits on. No complaints yet! :rotfl:Anyway you'll soon see why I prefer Amazon.
