I have so much to get rid off, I am getting a little disheartened that I have loads of watchers & no buyers & the ones that are buying haven't paid yet !!!!!
Shall I carry on listing regardless? Pulling hair out at the moment.

wow bio you are doing really well.
im bit gutted this afternoon... i have got my very first neg feedback. it was an item that cost 1.20 and i wasnt too sure on it. the buy left horrid feedback. i have mailed her and also posted a reply on the neg feedback saying i will give full refund. but i wish she had mailed me first before she left neg feedback. now i feel sad.

Oh no mrscmr, why did she give you neg feedback?
I woudn't even bother giving her a refund unless she returns the item. There are lots of chancers on eBay and lets face it, it is not really the right way of doing things...negging without contact.

Don't dwell on it...get some more listings on!

Yes mrscmr, put in 'negative feedback' into the eBay help search engine.

Have to say it's an absolute joke..s/he gets your item and a full refund based on leaving neg feedback without communicating with you. And as you have offered a full refund, will remove the neg.

Oh well have to try and remain postive about eBay...

Although I am a little confused now. When you look at negative feedback and reasons why eBay will remove it, this is what you get:

Situations in which Feedback might be removed

We might remove Feedback ratings or comments in these cases:
    • The rating or comment breaches the Feedback Abuse Policy.
    • A member couldn’t be contacted at the time of the transaction.
    • A member left negative or neutral Feedback intended for another member, informed us of the error, and has already placed the same Feedback for the correct member.
    • A member was under 18, and therefore unable to form a legally binding contract, when the bidding ended or when Feedback was left.
    • If we suspend a member, we’ll remove all their negative and neutral Feedback from the site. If a member is suspended within 90 days of registration, we’ll remove all their Feedback.
    • We receive a valid court order requesting Feedback Removal.
    • A buyer fails to respond to the Unpaid Item process.
    • When communication or comments left by the buyer within the Unpaid Item Resolution Centre undermine the integrity of the Unpaid Item process and the eBay Feedback system.

    thanks ebay angels...!
well said 'buyer' has had a refund and has put a comment to say that she has had a refund and didnt mean to leave neg feedback. but there is no where that i can see she can remove it. i well gutted as now my feedback no longer 100% and now is 98.1%. can i ever get it back? grim. almost making me want to give up but im better than that!!!
i will live to list another day!
    hugs and thanks mrscmr
