I bought one in Asda's Coventry store on Saturday - very pleased. Any ideas though where to get some different buttons to customise it? There were many in stock when I was there ...lots of different sizes too

    local haberdashery
buy cheap item at charity shop/jumble sale just for the buttons some horrible coats/jacket can have georgeous buttons on them(buttons can sometimes be expensive !!)

swap buttons from jacket/coat that's hanging in the wardrobe
    hope this helps

Don't suppose anyone knows how long it is ? (Or if anyone will measure from collar to bottom of coat ?) It looks long in pic but the pic of the model wearing it makes it look really short :(.
    Thanks.
  • I bought a size 10 ( normally wear 10-12) and it fits.To answer Jelly tots ... from collar to bottom measures 90cm or 35 inches. Hope this helps. :T

Oh thanks for that LondonBeauty02, it's kind of you to let me know.
It's a bit shorter than I thought it would be, although beggars can't be choosers as they say :rotfl: .

They had loads of black coats for £40 in the store i went into today & just 1 black coat for £15. It was too small so i didn't buy it.

  • I am thinking about getting one for my dd but I suspect the entire world will be wearing one. I had better ask her first.

Bought one of these - wanted size 22 but none in stock so got a 20 which fits. TBH I'm not going to use it for anything more than fancy dos & interviews so I don't need to wear a jumper under it.

  • I've only ever had woolen jumpers and find them very itchy, I was wondering if anyone has had this problem with this coat?

It's lined, so the woollen bit is on the outside!
