I've just gone for the link but can only get a size 8 (which I am NOt!).

Any suggestions re website or do I need to check in store?
Are you sure you have clicked on the other sizes to the right of the screen ? On my screen all sizes are available when you click on them (sizes 8-24) apart from a size 22.icon7.gif

As for all the negative stuff about quality and true to size, its £15 for gods sake, what do you expect?

I think you have misread my comments. there is nothing negative about this coat. its has a generous fit, it is not the thickest wool coat I have ever owned but that was not meant to be a negative comment.
this is a well cut, lined wool rich coat and the sizes are generous. It is a real bargain.

I got on the site ok but can't find a size guide, I have a size 40 inch bust so should I go for a 16?

I'm about to order this lovely coat online but just would like to ask if the sleeve length is long . I'm nearly 6ft and often have problems with cheaper clothes length wise any advice appreciated thanks.

Anyone who has bought one already, does it have proper pockets you can get your hands into, or just pretend pocket-look-alike flaps? DD likes the coat but insists on proper pockets for keys, gloves, tissues etc

    Many thanks

I bought one last week, well pleased with it.

I bought one today in a 16 (which will comfortably allow me to put another jumper layer under it when it gets colder!) I found the sleeve length generous (I'm only 5ft 7 1/2 but it comes down nearly to the start of my fingers (knuckle line) as I too have had the same trouble in the past.

I even stuck my arms out to see if I could drive in it without it being tight across the back - fine for me although I'm sure a few other shoppers were wondering what I was doing!!!!:rotfl:

A number of these coats in the Ipswich store just as you walk in and lots of people trying them on so thanks OP for this, grabbed one in time.
    Can't resist a bargain!!

I've been lazy and ordered online (size 12 still available). If I don't like it I have two daughers who might!

  • I bought 2 of these today. My local Asda didn't have my size but rang Long Eaton and they put 2 yo one side for me. Thought my daughter might want one but she didn't so my friend is well chuffed!!
They do have proper pockets. If it was in Next I imagine that it would have a price tag of about £75, so this is an amazing buy!
I'm so pleased with it. It's not too heavy, so ideal for driving in!
    Thanks OP

I would like one of these, but can't easily get to a store to try one on. How do they handle returns? Is it free to return via mail? Can you return it in-store (if I can get over to one)?

Also, any chance of codes for free delivery?
