  • My 13 yearold daughter has got one and it looks great on her, and its 66% wool.
As for all the negative stuff about quality and true to size, its £15 for gods sake, what do you expect?
Its a bargain whatever way you look at it.
Not sure where the 'credit crunch coat' bit comes from though, its just a good old fashioned Asda bargain. Credit crunch is overused and creeping into everything now.
  • I was looking for one in my local store and only had size 8's left and it's a long time since I was that size. Def looks nice coat.

I don't think people are being negative about size.
They are just trying to work out what to order.
I'm about a 10/12 but I honestly have things that are 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 in my wardrobe that all fit me, which just goes to show the difference in sizing between some shops (and those are all UK sizes).
  • very nice , would pop in later, thanks

Thanks very much OP, have just ordered a winter coat for me and jeans, top and jumper for my 4 year old for 28 quid! Would have went to my local asda but they never seem to have any the good stuff in stock.
  • I just tried to go to their website but it doesn't seem to be working. Anyone else experiencing this or is it just me?! :(

They have 2 rails of them at the entrance at the Retford branch.
Going on a winter coat hunt today, trying primark first, but I'll be getting one on my way home if I can't find anything better. (buying the guardian and using the 'free coffee' voucher to set my boyfriend up so I can have a proper look without him sighing over my shoulder!)
