    Hi all,

Just a quick update, made £17.82 on ebay, and still have 3 items to be paid for, grrrrr.... £22 on ms, and got £20 back from the o2 goals promotion, which I am classing as all profit as I signed up for unlimited text for £5/month so its gone out of my budget already.

So when I get this income up to £100 I will op it - £40 to go!!!

Ooops forgot to say, as I am a bit in a state of flux, not really knowing when our family will be extended to 3, I have decided to scrap my grocery and toiletries budget, and I have already stopped my kitty for unbudgeted spends in order to overpay all little bits of income. Instead i will 'borrow' another of memory girls ideas :) and just see how long I can make £100 last in total for everything. I would like it to last 'till the end of August :)

Gosh, thinking about the second before even you've had the first...might feel different after labour :rotfl:!

Only joking, I wish I had had children closer together but was with the wrong man. Good luck with the £100 challenge, I thought that was incredible. I'm a bit too chicken to try it right now, but might need to come September!

No, I mean 3 as in me, oh and baby!!

I managed a weekly shop in mr As for 16.40, and I made another £7 on two ebay items after postage and fees. I need to do shop and scan for another week, until I have enough for a £10 voucher, so it soon builds up!

Needless to say, the baby is late, as expected!!!

We had a mortgage of £145,000 and started oping I guess around 3 or 4 years ago, but didn't start really properly overpaying 'till 2 years ago. It was a bit frustrating early on, but now its great to look at the balance, it just kind of surprised me one day!

You'll get there, and everybody starts somewhere, it can be frustrating, but break it up into small chunks - it becomes addictive!

Wow! I didn't realise that your mortgage was that large such a relatively short time ago - well done you!!:T:T

:heartpuls Baby Boy born 2pm Thur 5th Aug, 7lbs 14, all healthy and happy :heartpuls

I am not going to go on about it, but the birth was the worst thing that I have ever experienced, so many things went wrong, and after 5 failed epidurals, and loss of spinal fluid, I ended up being unable to move or push for days, but with no pain relief:eek:!! Anyway it was all worth it, as earthlet is fine and healthy and gorgeous, and I am a bit traumatised but fine and healthy (if a bit sore :().

It is very early days, but we seem to be getting on well with the breast feeding, so that will be very mse, and although we are getting through my pile of disposables, I still plan on getting on the reusables pretty soon.

My only problem (other than headaches and whiplash!) seems to be complete loss of all brain cells, I can't seem to sort anything out!! For example, tried to run a washing overnight to use cheap electric, but I managed to set it away now instead, doh!

I have lost control of the electricity usage to OH, everything seems to be on all the time, so I plan on getting that back under control tomorrow, and a few other non mse habits that have started to creep back in whilst I have been in hospital. My mum is staying for a week, and it is such a help, so I hope to get back on track and organised this week.

Most important thing though is to keep all of us healthy and happy, and enjoying these early days!
