I managed to buy the last few items I needed and got some freebies today.

    Outgoings-
Used a voucher to get stuff from boots inlc.hospital bag items, nappies and free change bag =£0
Free bounty pack with various freebies=£0
Used voucher to get £10 off earrings for 30 birthday present for BF = £5
Dye for clothes (going to sell some of the clothes on ebay after) = £3
    3 Maternity nighties =£6
    Scratch mits = 50p
    Total = £14.50

    Income-
So with the money left over from my ebay sales, and my ms, I still need to find £2 to pay for these unbudgeted 'other' spends. I have £3.50 to come from quidc0 at the end of the month, which will cover it and I have relisted some of my ebay items that didn't sell. I have also got other ideas about items I could sell to raise a little bit more. I can also keep looking for more MS.

Brothers girlfriend gave me a baby book and a gorgeous baby outfit - now I am starting to get a bit overloaded with stuff!

I used no petrol today and did enjoy the day shopping with mum :)

Tomorrow I need to sort out the electrcity bill, the union membership issue, and see if there are any more savings I can make. I also need to call the library and order a book, and also call my local pharmacy about collecting an order.

OH seems to be coping well with the meals I have left him, and hasn't had to go out and spend more!

I was given soooooo much stuff when I was pregnant with my first that it quite literally filled a whole bedroom to the ceiling. I'm not lying. :rotfl:

My cousin brought around a big box of new baby clothes last night as well! I am glad I didn't buy any outfits!

The last few days I haven't spent anything, and have used no petrol. My mum and aunt kindly spent an afternoon putting panels into 2 of my maternity bottoms, as I am filling them already and have almost 4 months to go! They are nice and roomy now :) Now I know these will fit me I will definately try to sell on 2 maternity trousers that I haven't adjusted.

I changed electricity to the best tariff, and I also got £10 cashback on it :) the savigns on energy will go into overpaying, and the cash back will go into the 'other kitty' when its paid.

I saved £88 on this years teacher union membership because I am going on maternity :) this saving can go into overpayments.

I have a few toiletries and baby items that I have too much of that I will sell, and I can also sell more clothes and bits and bobs when I get home - fingers crossed it will all sell.

Tomorrow I plan to give my dad my tiller, and a cheque for £240 towards the £2,000 I owe him, when he bought me a new car after someone smashed into me. He has then said I can have a break from paying him back whilst on maternity, this is "no problem" which is very kind of him.

I also need to do some small business work tomorrow :( Still, lots of progress made today!!!

Just a quick update from me. I have dropped off the things at my dads and completed the small business work I needed to do. My Aunt came round again, and dropped off more tops and dresses suitable as maternity wear -that she had bought- and my cousin dropped around baby bibs and hats etc. My god mother wants to give money towards a matress. I just can't believe how kind every body has been - it has really amazed me, I am so grateful!

I can now return the dye that I was going to use on the dress and trousers, as I have other new clothes I can use instead - this feels quite wierd as I never have new clothes! I feel quite extravagant (even though I haven't bought them!) Still returning the dye will give me £3 back to the kitty.

Still to do whilst at mums:
    - visit grandmother done
    - plan for return to work - make a to do list and prioritise
    - update pay application done
    - contact LEA and find out about 1 maternity form for my two jobs with them.
    - return dye and buy new soup ladel (oh used mine to clean out next doors drains :( ) done
    - walk over and drop off thank you cards to aunt and cousins now, to save the stamps!

    On return home:
    - filing
    - tidy away as much baby stuff as possible
    - list items on ebay
    - sort out Christmas presents bought/Christmas presents needed and adjust budget
    - check credit score, contact bank about any problems with this and any interest charged when they failed to set up direct debit
    - claim back soup ladel from courtyard management fund (Don't care if they think I'm crazy!)

    During next week
    - collect order from pharmacy
    - renew library books.
    - post/relist ebay items

    At some point!
    - print off loads of tutoring resources
    - collect card to use for card making

I am really not looking forward to filling my car up with petrol again, the price seems astronomical! I have been driving so carefully so I hope this makes a difference.

Fancy sticking a picture of them on here? I really need some trousers and our local charity shops are not delivering the goods!

You're doing so amazingly well, I hope people in RL are telling you that too :D

I have read a few diaries where people have posted work related tasks. I normally don't cause I am not sure that it means much to other people, BUT I have decided to put my work list on here - so I do apologise as it is quite boring BUT more than ever before, I really need to get my increasingly tired out self into gear, and I am worried that if I don't get this stuff done, it is going to be a nightmare to do when I am any more pregnant.

It kind of has an implication to my OPs, as I want to get a pay rise, and I also want to work until 2 weeks before the baby is due, to get the most pay possible. I won't be able to do that if I am stressed and tired and ill. So I challenge myself to get all of the red items done next week, then create another list of red for the next week, etc. until nothing is there!!!

When back at work I need to make sure I am getting into breakfast club on time, and running that efficiently, as I would like to return to it after maternity, childcare permitting.

My list for back at work:

    - set cover work for Tuesday
    - collect in SOW from student. Keep chasing! - set him a deadline of 2 weeks.
    - write year 9 sow
    - finish year 10 sow
    - Create folder and hand in pay forms
    - year 11 - put in past papers and revision booklets for copying.
    - year 10 - plan next 2 units. Complete plan for writing and speaking exam.
    - year 9 - make up booklet of work for next unit. done!

KS3 - Make key assessment pieces and email to dept. done
    - Create website
    - ask dept. for update on ICT work
    - collate dept. assessment pieces for last term 1/2 done -waiting on others
