:j:j:j Well done, hope you're both suitably proud of yourselves :j:j:j
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

Thanks for all the Congratulations. I can't stop smiling! You have to celebrate these little milestones don't you.
We have been out for lunch to celebrate, but just walked to the local cafe, which was nice.

I've posted on the 'mortgage free roll of honour' which was good - I enjoyed reading all the pearls of wisdom!!

On our walk to the cafe oh and I have decided that we don't really want much to change, we would like a nice holiday next year, and we are going to try to save another £300,000 for our next house, as we will probably move, either due to OH expanding his business or getting into a good secondary school catchment area. We have seen houses between £500,000 - £600,000 in the area we'd like to be for earthlets school that are just wonderful with tennis courts or pools and plenty of land (obviously prices will rise but you have to have something to aim for!)

Thanks for all of your help and support throughout this journey, and for reading my tedious diary full of to do lists!
In particular courgette, twinklie and chamichelle, and more recently sssquirrel and museumworker, thank you!!

I know, I feel all special too! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Great next challenge Earthy but how about challenging yourself to chill out for a couple of months and enjoy what you've achieved :p

Told DH and he was like 'okay, cool'. I then said 'no, Earthgirl, the one who gave me the swimming costume and we sent the CDs to' and his reaction was :T:j:beer:

You will still post though, won't you? I'd really miss you if you weren't here anymore :o:D
