He might say yes, then you get stuck with 2 brick shoeboxes in Ashford......much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.0 -
I have been saving for years to get a big deposit and buy a 2 bed house just outside Twickenham when prices have fallen enough. That was the plan till today and I may have to change my mind.
I had a look at Judith Wilsons website (Lover of Fergus Wilson) and was shocked!

Yes, her business is located not in Ashford but Twickenham, West London.
JWIPB Limited

TWICKENHAM

Does this mean they are coming here to live?
On the interview Fergus Wilson said how National figures were wrong and how 2 bed houses were going to rise next year where flats and 3 bed & bigger houses were going to crash.
Am I going to be in competition with the Wilsons as they start their next stage of Global domination in TW1?
Shall I give up my dream of a 2 bedroom starter house and go for the cheaper 3 or 4 bedroom house?
I feel all of a sudden out of my depth.:exclamatiScams - Shared Equity, Shared Ownership, Newbuy, Firstbuy and Help to Buy.

Yes...but Fergus's 2 bed brick shoeboxes are special...it is (apparently) against the fundamental laws of economics for them to go down in value. And in today's market, you can't put a price on that0 -
thanks the wilsons.
Hope they enjoy whatever money they make.
However, it was considered to be them that bought all the lower end price properties at good rates and therefore 'normal' people had to rent. Other house prices were pushed up due to their wonderful efforts I seem to recall being said once.
Now the opposite surely occurs. They pull out with that many properties then the prices drop dramatically throughout the system causing negative equity for the poor people that genuinely bought a house to live in.
Ho hum.Eleventh Heaven no 710 - we can all dream0 -

Ho hum.
But it NOW creates a fantastic buying opportunity when they go bust.No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
So next March he will have 62 for sale?
What happens if those tenants decide to move out before the houses complete and the Wilson's have 62 mortgages to pay until they sell (and that could be quite a while if he thinks his properties haven't dropped in price)? I wonder if they have negotiated a deal with their lender?RENTING? Have you checked to see that your landlord has permission from their mortgage lender to rent the property? If not, you could be thrown out with very little notice.
