You don't get it do you, they've made their fortune. They've incurred losses, of course, but made more money than you or I could dream of through investing in property.

No you don't get it. All there money is tied up in mostly housing and failed race horses.

Now to access this fortune they need to sell their houses and pay off the mortgages.

Trying to offload 900 highly leaveraged houses in a small area of Kent is going to depress prices further and its going to be extremely hard to do.

Sorry I can't see them walking away from this and like many of the other big landlord I reckon they will go bankrupt.

I hope you're sober tonight. It'd make a pleasant change for all of us.

Boomerangs, you have an issue with my sobriety, don't you. You Bring it up every time I'm online!!

Is it cause I is making more sense than you - why not keep on topic

If you want to have a laugh with me I've already invited you to do so on many occassions but your tone is getting a bit boring now.

I'm glad you assume I'm sober tonight, but then again you always assumed I was drunk...sooo???

"It'd make a pleasant change for all of us" - and are you speaking for everyone on the forum and have they all given you authority to do so???

Bootski, I stuck up for you the other day. Everyone on the forum was convinced that you were an utter troll. But I said no, it was just your drink problem causing you to post goobledegook all the time. :rotfl:

Well I missed that one Booms and appreciate the back up you say you gave me. I know some think I'm a troll, they told me so - but turns out they were trolling but were such long standing members of the forum they got away with it.

Do I have a drink problem? accordingly not to the experts that I've tried to access and so here I am. Partaking in converse just like anyone else and often making more of intelligent arguement that others. and equally often not.

But I will be heard, regardless. I've learnt a lot from this forum but heard a lot of s h i t too and abuse and so why not join in anyways

To hell with it, it's an open forum and I ain't exactly crimenally insane:T
