Just disappeared into the ether.
Will probably attempt to come back, they usually do. Best to ignore or delete if you have the authority to.0 -

He's been reported for abuse......to pay any more attention to him would only give him an ounce of credibility.0 -

Exactly. What I meant by dealing with it is ignoring him or her. Just like you would do with any undesireable behaviour. Anyway, it has been dealt with now, so we can continue in peace.0 -
Hi guys, I agree with the lightheartedness being handy on this thread. I hope Luke didn't think I was being lighthearted about pimping him out as fake santa tho - I was deadly serious!

Here is the message from Nationwide I got yesterday following my request for them to trace my £35000 CHAPs from KE:
Dear Miss C,
Thank you for your enquiry.
Please accept my apologies, however due to the problems with Kaupthing Edge at the moment, we are not receiving payments coming into Nationwide from them. I would therefore like to suggest visiting the FSA website (https://www.FSA.gov.uk) where it has more information on this matter.
Should there be anything further we can help with please don't hesitate to contact our helpdesk on 01793 654027 or alternatively you can reply to this message.
Please contact me if you require further assistance.
Kind Regards

I did reply to Nationwide's message, in rather impolite terms too upsetting for the delicate natures of this thread's readers.0

I'm not sure what you wanted them to do for you. I don't think you can "trace" a CHAPS payment as such. It's either been sent or it hasn't. In your case (and mine), so far it hasn't0
